I love the smell and feel of this shampoo & conditioner set! It makes my hair feel soft and my scalp feels clean. My hair is definitely lighter in color and in weight. Love this product!

I have bought the John Frieda Go Blonder shampoo and conditioner many times separately, so finding them together as a set, and with a discount, was a great deal. My 7-year-old daughter has been using this shampoo and conditioner for over a year now. Her hair is naturally a dark blonde/copper tone, and while I would not say this product makes it significantly lighter, it really does enhance and brighten her natural color. Her hair always looks shinier and healthier after using it. The texture they leaves is amazing, silky and smooth, but never oily. She also loves the citrusy scent. The biggest win for us is the conditioner: it is the only one that actually keeps her hair from tangling. She doesn’t like to comb her hair often, but even with that, her hair stays mostly untangled for several days after using this conditioner. The only downside is the price, but honestly, the quality and results make it worth the investment.

It definitely does lighten quite a bit but its specialty is just that. So don’t expect your hair to be soft or shiny or look healthy. I specifically got it for the lightening so that’s why I’m giving it 4 stars. It does make your hair straw like and fall out After using it a lot.

Accidentally colored hair a little too dark just before a vacation. Used this product several times before my trip and it worked like a charm! Thank goodness. It would also be great for getting a summer highlight for people with light brown or dark blonds! Gentle on hair too!

It takes the yellow out of your hair. My hair is totally white , with this shampoo there is no off color. I have tried several brands of purple , they do not work on my hair. I don’t use every time I wash my hair. I’m very pleasedd with it. It is hard to find in the store.

Updated: Stopped using it and now no more globs of hair coming out when I wash and condition so it was definitely this shampoo and conditioner frying my hair. I have relatively thick spiral curly hair. After 3 washes, I noticed it made my highlights a tiny bit later but no other parts of my hair lighter, But it made all of my Usually Barry soft and curly hair feel like dried out pieces of hay... Lots of breakage every single wash. They must have changed the formula because I used to use this many years ago and it worked great and never had those problems. The smell is also not good, Smells like Dollar Tree shampoo. Smells like Dollar Tree shampoo now, Not what I remembered it to be.

Produto clareia bem levemente com o uso prolongado. Ideal para cabelos sem química, do contrário prejudica o fio pois tem água oxigenada. Cacheadas devem cuidar bem dos fios após o uso.

Aumenta o brilho dos cabelos louros.

Shampoo é muito bom, o condicionador deixa meu cabelo um pouco ressecado

Parece que o condicionador veio diferente do shampoo, pelo menos a embalagem é diferente. Mas em todo caso o condicionador é bem cheiroso, fiquei feliz pq condicionador e shampoo de camomila costumam ter cheirinhos bem ruins. Sobre o clareamento terei que usar por mais tempo para ver os resultados, mas já notei alguns reflexos bem mais claros após cada lavagem.
