I was hoping for these to be hot like my previous patches which unfortunately are not available atm from the maker. I suffer from neck and shoulder muscle pain, which then become tension migraines. These dont help Don't think I'll be purchasing them again.

After this Heat Plaster stayed on my skin for 12 hours, I peel this out, and the area where covered with this Heat Plaster where exactly the same area of my sore muscle, feel a lot a lot better! I could say the soreness is gone almost 60% to 70%. Therefore, I repeatedly do exactly the same thing for the following day, after 2 to 3 day of the same routine, my soreness of muscle is healed completely.
