Works perfectly if you use it properly.
All components necessary are included, including instructions. Three of the parts are snapped into clips on the bottom of the jig (the 1/16" drill bit, the edge stop pin, and the marking gauge). The 35 mm forstner bit is of good quality and sharp. It cut the holes in my doors nicely. One thing that is not mentioned in the instructions is that it is probably a good idea to put a light film of grease on the shaft of the forstner drill bit. I suggest grease because you don't want oil running down the shaft and staining your wood. When installing the drill guide for the forstner bit into the base, line the tabs on the side of the guide up with the slots in the base of the jig, and them be sure it is pressed all the way down before trying to rotate it clockwise to lock it into position. I struggled with that for a bit before I realized I didn't have it pushed down quite all the way. When drilling, try to insure that you are applying pressure straight down rather than leaning one way or another. If you're leaning, you will be applying pressure to the drill guide. The bearing surface of the drill guide is steel but it's not very thick. If you are applying side pressure, it might heat up and begin to soften the surrounding plastic which will then deform. The above mentioned lubricant will help prevent this. The jig provides 4 sets of 1/16" guide holes for for pre-drilling the mounting screw holes for the hinge. You may have to mark them by pushing the provided drill bit through each hole to mark the wood surface and then remove the jig and, using a hinge, determine which pair of holes you need to drill for your particular hinge. The jig can then be replaced accurately so you can drill the holes. The instructions show using a clamp to secure the jig to the door during drilling. I strongly suggest that you do that so you can concentrate on keeping your drill straight and not have to worry about holding the jig in position. For my hinges (Blum) the mounting holes were not quite exactly correct. But they were only of by .010" or .020" and they worked just fine anyway. Bottom line is I am very happy with this jig.

Works great
This jig is so easy to use. I was a little reluctant to try installing this type of hinge but this tool made it sooo easy. Every hinge fit perfectly.. Highly recommended..

works as well as the more expensive ones
as with all milescraft products the instructions leave a bit to be desired, they're multilingual and it gets confusing on where to go next, with that said watch a you-tube video and it's a lot clearer. now for the actual review this thing is awesome once you get to use it, practice first on scrap!. once you get the hang of it it's terrific, the best part is it's self contained, everything stays on the tool for storage, it has the Allen wrench you need for the collar, it even has a drill bit for the screws all stored on the tool, that's a huge plus, as for set up it's really easy if you use common hinges the settings are there already need a non standard dimension no problem, a pair of clamps (sold separately but i bet you already have something that'll work) and clamp it to the piece! easy peasy! how long will it last/ no idea but i don't buy milescraft for extreme daily use I'm a hobbyist so it'll last me some time, a pro may keep it on hand for an emergency or to teach an intern

Good value
Although able to make precise holes, getting proper clamping pressure and ability to bore into door frames wasn’t without issues. The plastic base could have been an inch longer in width with respect to the frame allowing for a better clamping position and larger clamp and less pressure on frame. (I used a Kreg clamps) Which ideally would be centered to the bore axis! Net result was clamping off the center of axis and shifting of the device clamping right or left, and bottom and top of the bore. The pins were useless on smaller doors, but the frame had a scale that had a zero point that was useful. Recommend using a scrap board to get the proper depth for your particular hinges. The depth guides embedded into the plastic were not accurate and didn’t even allow for the collar to fit even! And the collar had to be “filed” and thread “chased” to allow the screw to properly seat hold on to the shaft without rotating :( . If your savvy enough to use this device, your most likely capable of making the modifications. I was on a time line and things needed doing. Not excuses. Definitely not engineered properly!!! And quality control poor!

Drill bit is too small to be useful but overall a good jig
Drill bit is so thin it's useless. There is no drill that willclose small enough for a snug hold. I use it to create a punch mark with a different bit. It should be on a hex shank or something similar. I tried it with some euro soft close hinges and the jig setting didn't work but I eventually got the job done. It's made of solid plastic and the forstner bit cuts a clean hole for the hinge.

The Milescraft Euro Hinge Jig has been an excellent tool for my cabinet projects. It’s incredibly easy to use, even for someone new to installing concealed hinges. The setup is straightforward, and it creates accurate, clean holes every time, which has made hinge installation much faster and more consistent. One of the best features is how well the jig holds its position, so I get perfectly aligned holes without having to guess. The included depth stop is also a huge plus, helping me avoid over-drilling and making adjustments as needed. To get the most accurate layout clamp the jig to your workpiece. If you're looking for a reliable, affordable tool to streamline cabinet hinge installations, this jig is worth every penny. Highly recommended for both beginners and experienced woodworkers!

Ottimo utensile. Bisogna solo ricordarsi di lubrificare lo stelo della fresa con olio per macchine da cucire per evitare il suo surriscaldamento e il suo deterioramento precoce.
