This is by far the most kosher of IV type electrolyte mixes out here. After having purchased their drinks from a local supermarket (to which is the most balanced isotonic I ever had) I was curious to see if they had powder mixes. Of course they do and the price is good for what you are getting, I defaulted to getting Peach Mango since I started with that since and man, such a delicous drink. I try to not overendulged on how good it is, but more than likely I will be getting more. I am not training right now, but HOIST do sustain my hydration while doing my intensive 9-5 labor.

I've a fan of this product I'm a average bike rider and I found this product and have tried this flavor yet I received it today and was blown away on the taste Wow so good ill enjoy my rides now

4 stars because the packets were dry/hardened but didn’t seem to change the flavor

Not like the bottles of hoist
I drink a lot of hoist with kidney issues. I tried to use the powder instead of the pre made bottles due to the cost. The powder doesn’t have the magnesium and has sugar added. Not the same so I went back to the bottles. It’s expensive and that’s a huge issue.

Es solo mercadotecnia, aunque cumple en poco su propósito no volvería a comprarlo... trabajo en construcción bajo el sol y la humedad de texas y me es mejor un powerade o gatorade que tienen mucho más electrolitos y sales que esto. Pero tiene un buen sabor que fue lo que más me gustó...
