Quality of wiring not good
Quality of internal wiring is not upto the mark. One wire of a particular piece was already disconnected from a terminal during delivery. And it can't be repaired at the user end. Rest two are working. Overall looks and quality is sturdy.

Replacement/ Warranty is bad
The product is reasonably alright but the replacement under warranty is pathetic...it will take you over a month before you get your replacement after going through a whole lot of their formalities and the replacement you get is all repaired stuff that also done very badly.

Warranty not honoured
20 percent of the lights are bad to start with. They don't work or fuse within a few days. Replacement warranty is offered but not honoured. I bought nearly 60 lights. 12 of them don't work. 9 have been returned in warranty. But no replacement has been provided.

It’s ok product
Light is not that bright but as we are using it more like a highlighter, it serves the purpose. Build quality is moderate and I think it’s on an expensive side if you compare quality for the amount you paid.
