This light is robust and well made with a metal housing that feels like it would stand up to long term use. I bought it mainly for adding lighting when I am on video calls and it works great for this. There is a metal arm that can be used with a tripod, but also doubles up as a stand for the light so I can easily sit it on my desk and reposition the light as I need. It has also been used as a full light for photography and to add extra lighting for crafting activities. The size makes it convenient for many uses and I highly recommend it. You can change the brightness of the light using the dial control and switch between colours and SFX modes. Like most of these products the controls can take a little getting used to, but once you have played around a bit you will soon be able to switch to the modes you want without too much hassle. The battery seems good to me, lasting a decent length of time and recharging to full capacity quite quickly. If you want a portable light that can be used for multiple purposes then I wholly recommend.

I ordered this as I've lost my old Pixel G1s RGB which is literally the best thing ever! I saw that Neewer had made one like it (this is clearly a dupe) for cheaper so thought I'd give it a go but I genuinely believe all those positive reviews are from people who haven't tried the G1s. It's godly the G1s. This is okay don't get me wrong but it's nowhere near as powerful and colour filling as G1s. Sighh gotta pay the extra 20 quid and get that quality.

Wow, this is an impressive device and a remarkable value-for-money! It's "heavy" metal construction. There's a digital LED panel on the back to display options like brightness, temperature, and charge. It's very bright. It has a built-in swing arm (the silver bar below the black unit) and comes with a decent (although mostly plastic) ball swivel mount for cold shoe attachment (but it can also be mounted on a tripod). It also includes a USB-C to USB-A charging cable (the connection on the unit itself is USB-C) for charging the built-in battery.Overall, I highly recommend considering this one!

This is a very well made light that represents great value for money.It is mainly metal construction that gives the impression that it will be robust enough to carry around in a camera bag or backpack and not be concerned about it getting damaged.The different light modes are very handy.The main mode provides adjustable Kelvin which allows the light to throw a warm (yellow) light to a bright white light ...... which can be dimmed from 100% brightness down to a desired level.In addition, it has the ability to dial in specific RGB colours - purple, green, red, teal, etc.I won't really have a use for the "special effects" functions, but I can see in certain video situations these could be useful and a lot of fun.The positioning of the adjustable arm and the ability to screw it into a light stand makes it perfect for web conferencing applications - the dimming and colour selection mentioned above also make it a great web conferencing light - as does the mini ball-head (included) for adjustable angle and light direction.I have two of these and also use them for ambient / mood lighting in my small TV room and around my computer. As they can be used whilst plugged in and charging, they are great for this use as battery-life isn't an issue.So far, I have used this light for photography, a small video production, video conferencing and general room lighting. It's performed extremely well for all these uses. And for the price, it's hard to go past.

I use this as my key light. It’s small but puts out more than enough light for my purposes. Plus it’s battery operated so I don’t have to bother about looking for power outlets and setting up extension cords. So much more convenient.
