This bladder works perfectly for me. The chest buckle is highly adjustable and fits well. To drink, you just need to gently pull the nozzle with your teeth and take a light sip. If you experience an air lock, simply open the bladder and release the air. By my fourth use, I had fully figured it out—and now it works flawlessly.

Small pockets
If you're used to other hydration vests where you put your bottles in the front you won't like this one. The pockets in the front are too small to fit in the 800ml soft bottle, and the other pocket with the zipper doesn't fit the phone. It's good value for money, but won't be my go to vest for sure.

Gute mängelfreie Verarbeitung. Leicht und angenehm zu tragen, gerade bei Tagesradtouren über 100km. Habe mich bewusst für eine 1,5 l-Version entschieden und würde das wieder machen. Empfehlung!

I love this bag!!!! It hold a great amount of water, I went for a hike and it was perfect! The material was light, a good amount of pockets to store things. The pockets with the zippers were great to have and not cheap zippers. The mouth piece to drink the water worked great. I also loved that the big water pack was included. I already got my friend to buy one and she also had it for our hike. I did get this for running long distances so I’m excited to try it out for that. Don’t think twice if you don’t want to spend over $100-$200 for a big brand vest- this does the job!!! Get it

Super running vest! Lightweight and breathable but can fit quite a bit inside. Comes with a water bag also however I keep my water bottle in the back and run with it . Plenty of room in the front for phone keys headphones etc. great lightweight running / sports bag. Have used on long and short runs.
