Bad quality plastic has been used in making this, strips broken within a few weeks and no easy way to get it serviced or claim for warranty

The bag is not of standard material worth the price. I bought this bag recently, (two weeks back). The bag is undergoing wear and tear on material at the pin of the top lift handle and shoulder straps. Appears to be a duplicate Swiss Military product....Not worth the price.

My son used it for 3 days and the bag seams are coming apart. Now the return window is also closed.
