I use mainly as a surface coating for rolling out pizza dough into crusts. Provides a non-sticky surface, and does not integrate with the dough. What sticks to the outside of the resulting crust bakes off in the oven.

I’ve been using this semolina flour for about three years now, and I’m always happy with its quality and consistency. It’s an excellent value for the price and has become my favorite brand. I love using it instead of regular flour when making syrniki (cheese pancakes) — they turn out soft, golden, and delicious every time. Truly the best semolina flour I’ve tried! This flower is very easy to work with when making your own pasta. Very easy to use flour and worked very well in my pasta machine. The bag is the right size and great for bakers of all skill levels. Texture is also great in every recipe I have tried with it so far, and the pasta is nice and sturdy. So far, the flour is great for making pasta, but I haven't used it for anything else. A bit on the pricey side but worth it, like most King Arthur products.
