The set screw is just a bit tricky to get fully tight, but the hardware is excellent and all the tools and fasteners are included for installation.

A Close to Perfect Towel Rack
I needed this as a bathroom towel rack replacement and found it to be of really good quality with very good metal thickness for strength and with a perfect chrome finish. There was one small issue that bothered me a little (I'm a mechanical engineer) but not my wife. I noticed the long bar for the towels had a very slight bow in it such that at its center it was 1/8 inch closer to whatever flat surface I would lay it on and then do a measurement check. I carefully tried to get rid of the slight bow but decided to stop trying and finished the installation. It looks great. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the very slight bow. Also, note that the center to center dimension between the 2 small arms that attach to the wall is 35 inches for this 36 inch towel bar.

Sturdy
Nice and sturdy and matches so well with all my other fixtures. Holds a big heavy towel with ease. Good value for the money. I recommend this towel bar to anyone who wants to buy.

Looks great, easy install. Very contemporary . Great price fast delivery well packaged. Good value. Had an 18” remodeled and purchased the same in 24” .

Great Improvement from previous rack
This towel bar is well made and is easy to install. The key to a proper fit is to make sure the two instillation plates are level and located in a way that will cover the original screw hole and plate marks. On a side note, the door knob was also a positive improvement

Solid handrail. Put it up about 6 months ago and is still as solid now as it was when I first put it up.

I've put this in my ensuite and it was very straightforward to fit. Now it's been up a few weeks, it's as solid as the day I fitted it. Nice finish, and my towels haven't slipped off.
