I purchased this unit 4 or so months ago. I've used it mostly in water mode with my cold plunge and it worked well. Recently I needed to use it in air mode. It suddenly stopped working altogether. The seller was very quick to reply with super-clear instructions indicating what might be wrong and how to rectify it. Unfortunately, there was a bigger issue as well. Again, the seller was both quick to reply, and quick to replace the unit since there was no easy fix for the issue. I have been pleased with the product, and give the seller 5+ stars for their customer service!!

This is the first ozone generator that I purchased. I had never used one so I had no idea what to expect. I have a small one bedroom apartment (~750 sqft) and got this to get rid of cooking odors. This unit puts out enough ozone to do a house! I ran it for an hour before leaving for work, and nine hours later I could still smell some ozone. The entire apartment was odor free, and not just the kitchen. PRO: It absolutely works, and so much better than an air "purifier" with a charcoal filter. CON: Because it puts out so much ozone, you have to leave the space for a few hours after starting it. A better solution for an apartment would be a smaller unit with an adjustable output like the B07DK5NSY1. Plug it into a smart outlet and set it run an hour every night. No more odors.

So my warning to anyone buying is check all three modes right off the bat. if one mode isn't working return it.. What happed with me is I read up on ozone and how bad it is for you.. so I got into the habit of turning it on and then running away and let it do its thing. however I never saw any results.. finally a month later I got fed up with it and smelled the water bubbler and I smell no ozone.. so I tried turning on one of the other modes and instant ozone smell.. so I think the water function never worked on the unit I got.. However it's too late to return. or amazon is making it impossible to find or contact the seller.... so turn each mode on briefly and make sure it smells like ozone. I've been using for my cold plunge and it does not work or at least my unit doesn't work. what a waste of $257.

This Ozone Unit has 4 circuit plates working which I did not know. It is very strong ozone out put. The water bubble feature works great.

The tube function stopped working, but seller is sending a replacement product. Happy about that, hope this one lasts.

I've had the unit for 7 months and works perfectly. My ice bath water stays crystal clean. NO NEED for any water treatment chemicals. I just use a cup of hydrogen peroxide with my initial fill and water stays crystal clear. I had a small issue with the unit 7 months later, I thought for sure I would need to purchase a new unit. Not-at-all. The warrantee covered the problem I had, and they promptly sent me a new one. Extraordinary really. Thank you so much.

Great Ozone machine and works well for ozonating water too I had hoped for ear insufflation ..I have special ear tubes/stethoscope look, for that but it's a bit too noisy for that.

Used it for bad car odors. Did the job !

I really wanted this product and used once only !!!!! Im still having the cartoon and everything…. What i will do in this case ! Return is not satisfying for me…

The product is not of the correct quality. The gas is extremely poor or the dosage is so low that even simple balloons don't take off.
