I absolutely love this timer. It helps my children who can’t tell time not feel like time is taking forever. I love that the kids can set the time and watch it go down. Asking them to do tasks for a certain amount of time is not a chore anymore, but more of a game Because they get to participate in the setting of the time. It has an alarm button and a silent button. We honestly use it more with the noise so I can hear it too and they can’t just run the time out without me knowing, but it does have a loud beep (3 or 4 beeps) and then it goes quiet if it has the silent mode. I also very much like the silicone cover. Helps protect the plastic from the rambunctious kids as well as making it more fun and able to see around the house. All the friends that come over always want to play with it too.

Love the bright cover on this clock. Makes it a little easier to lay eyes on it.I love these Time Timers. Our last one worked for about 5 years despite many times being dropped by my kids. The timers help my autistic kids with transitions, making them much easier and gentler.

We got this for my son who just needs a little assistance staying on task or knowing how much longer he has. This certainly makes it much easier to have a visual representation of the allotted amount of time remaining. The two modes, silent or sound, is very nice. I do wish the silent had a vibration to alert you when it has completed. Honestly though, the sound when it’s done, isn’t bad and isn’t horribly loud or startling. The silicone cover is adorable and makes it much easier to grip and carry around, which my son does frequently. It also makes it easy to wipe down if it gets any sticky fingers on it.

This is by far the best and most helpful timer that we have used! The old timer we were using had an obnoxious ticking sound and gave out and was just not very good haha. I'm so happy I came across this Mod Time Timer!! Both of my kiddos are on the spectrum and this timer has helped them so so much! They even set it themselves now for various routines and such. I'm so grateful for this amazing timer! We will not use another one besides these! I highly recommend this to many parents, educators and more!

My 19-year-old daughter is finally using a timer now that she has this one. Wooo Hooo!! I gave her the tie-dye color - it’s so fun and happy. Perfect to keep her attitude on the bright side, even though a timer implies endings and restrictions and transitions - but also progress towards her goals, right?!

I don’t know how I lived without this thing!! It seems so silly but if you have ADHD you might not even realize how much you lack a concept of time. This timer is the only one I’ve tried that doesn’t make me panic- there’s no ticking noise or numbers flying by, you just see the whole block and it slowly calmly moves like a clock. This thing makes a HUGE difference, and is easily worth the cost. It’s well made, the case is super cute, and it’s leagues better than having a phone app which I’ve found just leads to more distractibility. Oh and it’s perfect for pomodoro method! I love my time timer!!

Super easy to set and offers a nice visual reminder of how much time remains. I like that the sound can be turned on or off. The rainbow is nice and helps us to find it in our apartment.
