where are the refills?

Interestingly enough - the refills are difficult to find. Finally just gave up and went to a more readily available product

Is this brush meant to be disposed of after use? How about the electric cleaning brush?

None of it is electric. The "wand" part of the bush isn't disposable, you're just switching out the heads, which it is possible to do without touching anything. The heads are saturated with a cleaning substance. They definitely aren't made to be used more than once. What I like best about the set up is that it cleans better under the rim than anything I've ever used.

are these the new version that scotchbrite has made to take the place of the original so we can add our old handles to the landfills?

I guess so, but I personally don't like them very much. They just feel rather awkward to use. Think I might try something else. Glad I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg to try them. Purchased them as an add-on, so wasn't out a bunch of money. The new handle is pretty pricey, so glad I didn't buy it full price. This is just my opinion though, so do be sure to read all the other reviews too.

I am trying the natural, no chemicals, Young Living products. Is this just a pad or is there chemicals in here as well?

STICK WITH YL! I tried this because we were moving into an apartment and with the pandemic, I wanted something really strong for that first deep clean. These are terrible. I fully regret not just sticking with my Young Living products!
