No more leak!
Stopped my leak and seems to be good quality! The old one was leaking pretty bad after the car sat for a few days. This solved the problem. There was a groove in the old plastic speedometer gear but the seal on this housing is offset from that groove. I got a new gear just in case, but didn't need to install it. If it starts leaking I will put the new plastic gear in.
