Love this product. I have two Level Locks installed in my home now, both installed with the keypad. You don't need this product to make the smart lock work, but it is a very nice add on to enhance the overall experience. I live in a raised home on the water and the walk up to the front door is two sets of stairs. I have the key pad installed on the first floor and can quickly interact with it when I get out of my car....allowing me not to even use my phone. it is also a nice fail safe if my wife or I ever forget our phones, we can interact with the key pad to get it. Again, another very sleek, easy to install product. the pictures you see below are on the garage door I installed the lock and the key pad on (my second lock/keypad).

I'm working on contacting the company for a warranty replacement. I've have had the lock and keypad installed for about 6 months and since the first week of usage the key pad would work about 50% of the time. It degraded over time. Using the touch pad buttons it would act several ways. 1. You get through entering the code and touch the check button and the check button lights up and fades on an off a few times, then nothing happens. Have to take the remote off the wall and take the batteries out to reset the unit. 2. First digit press it acts fine, second digit press it does nothing. Have to remove and reset. 3. Noes nothing. Can't tell you how many sets of batteries I have switched out thinking it just eats through them. I finally started checking the batteries after such an incident and they are charged all the way.In the end, I think my key pad is bad of course but I have to try and get it replaced and see how the next one does.When it was working I disliked the touch sensitive buttons. It is slow to respond and so makes you think you have not pressed the number an so you double touch, messing up the sequence. It is also very difficult to remove from its mount to change out the batteries. This may be designed this way on purpose but I see the units base breaking over time.

Perfect accessory for our bolt lock. Looks great and functions flawlessly. So many bad reviews complaining of non tactile buttons, dim keypad lights and frequent disconnections. None of these are actually an issue. Non tactile buttons won’t get stuck or degrade over time like physically moving parts. The keypad lights are bright and very visible, even in daylight. Connection is solid with zero delay or disconnections. Install was also a breeze.

My new home already had a level deadbolt. I added the keypad so I could give an entry code to anybody without them having to have the Level app. It was pretty easy to install and set up and has been working fine for 2 months. I even use it myself when I go for a walk and don't want to carry a key. Overall I am happy with it.The lack of touch response is weird. When I give someone the code I warn them about it. I also tell them to press each number deliberately and separately, not fast like they're texting. I found that having double numbers in a code compounds the problem. So now I'm very specific and tell ppl how to press each number and lift their finger off before pressing it a second time, and I verbally model a very slow sequence of pressing keys. Which is pretty weird in this high tech era.I wish there were letters as wells as numbers on the keypad because I like to remember codes with words, or be able to tell someone the code is "turkey" or whatever.I had to call customer service because I put the bracket on the keypad before installing and then I couldn't get it off to actually do the installation. I searched for the answer unsuccessfully. So that's irritating, that I had to call customer service for a simple step, a step you need in fact when you need to change the battery. Just so you'll know, there's a tiny notch in the keypad cover to put a paper clip in to release the 2 parts.

So great. The perfect complement to our level lock with Matter. Clean and simple, looks ultra heigh end and works 100% of the time.

Love the use- just be sure you take your time putting in the code.

I've been very disappointed with the entire Level Lock system. The lock's app itself is all buggy and customer service has been useless is solving my issues. And now this keypad... sometimes works and most time doesn't work. Worst implementation of Bluetooth I've encountered. Both the lock and this keypad seems to never connect to each other most times. And now, after two years, the keypad has stopped working completely. Thought it was just the batteries, but after trying multiple batteries that I can verify are fully charged, it won't come on anymore. I really wanted this and the lock to work. In the end, it's just something you can't count on and getting in and out of your house (if you don't want to carry a key) is something you need to count on.

We bought the lock and keypad. We love the lock, it is a lot quieter than our August Lock. This keypad on the other hand..... I love how it looks, I love its profile and the installation is great, but when the temp drops below 50 degrees it's like gambling on whether the keypad is going to work or not. Once it stops working we have to pull out the batteries to reset it and hope that it doesn't stop working again.It's so annoying that I'm getting really close to buying an Apple Homepod just so I can use Siri to unlock the door so I don't have to mess with this stupid keypad.
