Not Satisfied
When I received this animal identification card in the mail I was surprised to find that it was on a CD. I had to print and laminate the card myself which meant it was two separate pieces of copy paper put together and then laminated. The card is as expected as far as the credentials and picture of my dog. The shipping was right on time. I would not purchase this again.

False ad this don't give you full rights no were; it is not a legal document is not even require by law. Read ADA status and regulations in references to services animals. Testing in accordance to ADA regulations, stipulations and approval of a Doctor are the only documents that proof you own a service animal and has access to restricted places.
