After becoming smitten with Savauge by Dior I loved everything about it.. but the price. (yes! I’m referencing Johnny Depps guitar playing ad and his inspired cologne.) Looking for a solid alternative that carried a similar note.. I found article that listed this as a solid option and decided to take a chance- BooM.. I’m so glad I do as, it’s payed off big time- yet, it’s only 1/4 the cost!! I find this so refreshing- and one that truly does smell sharp and sexy on a man. You know.. the kind that the more it heats up and gets “worn in” throughout the day.. they seem to just get better..?!! This cologne seems to do just that! It has a deep woodsy yet airy fragrance mixed with a refreshing fruity blend.. and I’m telling you it works! Ordered for my husband- my 19yr. old has taken to it with gusto! Apparently used once- girls at work were oogling all bc of the fragrance and now, he’s a true fan!! For any who remember polo in the 80s (green bottle/gold horse?) it has that same type of effect as it wears on.. Trust me- i know how hard it is to choose a fragrance by someone else’s opinion/interpretation- so if it helps to know.. my guys usually wear: men’s Hilfiger- original scent, Calvin Klein eternity for men, Drakkar.. I do admit as the female- I choose the scent! The above list are my fav.’s and truly it’s been decades since I’ve found any thing new or worthy to add to the classic 80/90’s lineup… Ha, that was until now!! My only dislike is longevity.. this definitely needs a reapplication if poss. during the day. But, certainly if planning to go out that night- you’ll need a refresh. Do not expect anything overbearing or even too intense as first applied. This settles in and is pleasant right out of the gate! Cool bottle easy to use- if on the fence.. it’s worth the risk! Hoping this info can help- sorry, so long winded! Stay safe everyone..

The scent is near perfect. It's just a little bit light and synthetic smelling. But it doesn't last at all. It takes 10-20 sprays to equal 1 of Sauvage. So you get what you pay for but buy this, see if you like the scent and after you've finish the bottle you should buy the real thing.

This is a bit less duplicate than another scent on Amazon to Sauvage. This one has a lot more pepper scent and a bit less lasting. It’s not terrible, but there’s other products that are closer scents to Sauvage. Still, it’s not a bad alternative.

Smells ok would make a good gym,glove box or close work area scent preforance sad so either take bottle or decant its dirt cheap,

This thing feels like it's 90% water and 10% whatever fragnance it is supposed to be. Smell is very weak. You need at least 5-6 sprays just to feel anything. Not recommend.

Huele bien, no es muy longevo su olor. Lo uso en casa diariamente, si vas a salir no te va a durar el olor

Those reviews saying this was "close" to Dior's Sauvage have never owned it. Reminds me initially of Comet cleanser with an annoying sharpness. It does mellow out a bit and 2 hours later you are not sure you put it on. Heading for the gym bag, you get what you pay for. Will not re-order, that is for sure.
