Did exactly what I needed it to do, and solved the problem I had at the time.

The plate that screws into the machine was just slightly longer than the original part. The only way around that to make it fit was to grind off a little, or to remove the plate and swap that one out with the old piece, which is what we did, because that was the quicker fix and we needed the machine working again. Once we swapped the plate, it worked perfect. So I give it 3* for ease, because it wasn't something that could immediately swap part-for-part and required us trading an old part out into the new part. But I give it 5* for the price and 5* for how well the piece is working in the machine now.

Was impressed that it was not a Chinese knockoff although robertshaw is probably manufactured there these days however it was a quality product as of now and the customer was happy their ice machine is back up and running

Was purchased to replace a leaking one was exact replacement and was easy to install
