A+++ ++ from me. These gummies have been very helpful for my wrist and arm pain. The cinnamon flavor is pleasant, and they’re easy to take compared with capsules or tablets. I’ve found them effective enough that they’ve become part of my regular routine. The combination of turmeric, ginger, and black pepper seems well thought out for absorption and joint support. In my experience, this is a very useful product. One important note: I personally use about three times the normal dosage, which is what has worked for me. That may not be right for everyone, so people should use care and pay attention to their own situation.

Good stuff

I am buying more. I have a spine disease and this has been helping me with inflammation and swelling. I recommend this to anyone that isn't allergic to any of the ingredients. Also it doesn't taste that bad either. I have been noticing my sleep pattern is getting better bc I don't have to be up and down all night like normal

These have a great taste but they arrived kind of melted together. I don't think the quality has been compromised but it's annoying they have melted together in one big block and I have to break them off one at a time.
