Fun addition to your PC!
Bought these as a gift for our college bound son. They are well designed, were easy to install and fit great inside his clear computer case. He is begging for several more to add to the one he has because he loves the quality and the color. Compatible with desktop PC as that’s what he has.

This is a flawed product this is why they Dropped the price from A $130 at launch, to $30 now!
Seriously I would give zero stars what's crazy is I saw this product when it first launched and I thought wow that looks so awesome but the price tag was a $130 Dollars for one pack of 9 so I said to myself yeah that's a bit pricey and of course Corsair does that they charge top dollar for their stuff, BUT! Fast forward about a year and I came across this same product again now they drop the price $90!!!! And part of me went wow maybe they're just not selling enough of them oh how naive I was to think that my stupid lizard brain Didn't want to realize the fact that they would never do that the reason they dropped the price so drastically is because they know the product is flawed and almost guaranteed to break Anyway I bought two kits because they were a lot cheaper they worked great at first fast forward 7 months and they completely stopped working no matter what I did whatever I Actually RMA'ed them And they had no problem sending me to new packs so sure fine only it only took three months for those ones to break and stop working completely what's weird is I put them out of my system for three months and then put them back in and they turned on again honestly there's memory on board in these things so it could be a flaw with the firmware that they're not able to fix for whatever reason but don't buy these even at their low price the only reason they lowered the price is because they know this most likely people won't rma them or return them if it's cheaper they're just Trying to cut their losses and make back a little bit on probably the Research and development of the product and what not instead of Justice pulling it from the shelves which they should do so shame on you corsair cause I know they know that this product is almost guaranteed to fail yet they still sell it at a way way lower price than they first set out to get yeah usually products that start at $130 don't drop $90 in one year unless there's something severely wrong with the product which there is it's a shame because they look nice but who cares if they stop working right you're better off just buying BTF lighting strips or matrixes and actually getting a good product for your money and just doing it custom that's what I did and I'm glad I did those products lasting for years really they should refund everybody for these and pull them from the shelves PS edit. Yes, I have three useless pairs of these. Do not buy them unless you want to have useless pairs of them that go in the trash. I have them in a ball. A useless dodecahedron. That sits on a desk. As a paperweight. Useless lights. They didn't put robust chips. In these, because the slightest power surge that happens maybe with your computer will render these useless. When that shouldn't be. Everything else in my PC. From the cheap LED strips. To the expensive ram. To whatever else I have as RGB. Is perfectly fine. For years and years. These lasted the latest pair. Two months. Two months. And they're rendered useless. From a slight power surge. That these products should more than be able to handle. There is something fundamentally flawed with this product. That's why they put them so cheap. Compared to what they were at launch, they launched at $130, mind you. Corsair wants you to forget about that. And just, Oh, they're only $30 now. Yeah, Corsair, you know what you did. You need to pull these off the market and try to milk every last dollar out of a broken product. Shame on you, it's disgusting. And you should be boycotted for this. This type of practice is so scummy. And a lot of companies do it. Practically all of them. That doesn't make it right. Where does it end?

Cool Product, needs improvements
Fun product, but it was really hard to position in my case and keep it from moving. With some improvements this could have been a great product, instead it's just ok. The built in magnets aren't very strong and even the small attached cables easily over power them. This product should have really come with adhesive magnets for you to attach as needed, as well as some pin covers for the exposed ends. If those exposed pins touch the metal of your case it will short circuit and not light up. There are also two sizes of magnet hinges that come with this. The larger size allows for a greater range of motion and has stronger magnets. The weaker smaller ones aren't nearly as useful and I wish it only came with the larger size. With all that said, I eventually got them positioned in my case, and they look great. I just wish I didn't have to settle for the only position that they wouldn't easily fall off.

Fun little extras to add to your case
These were cheaper than I imagined. Real fun to set up and mess around with and easy to set up. Colors are vibrant and plentiful.

Look Great - But WILL Fail Over Time
I purchased a starter kit around 9 months ago. Loved the way the looked, and had them setup to slow different colors based on CPU temperature. Cool. About a week ago, three triangles failed. No biggie. Removed them. Today, the entire kit failed. iCUE and OpenRGB see the set, however no illumination. Tried them on a second PC too, just to be sure there wasn't some kind of software issue. Dead. Just requested an RMA from Corsair.. hate to burn $50 on a product that lasts a whole 9 months. The negative reviews here are right - do not waste your money and time. Update: Replacement set failed within 14 days. I gave up.

Excellent Accent Lighting
I used this on the *outside* of my case, despite the design clearly being intended for internal use. It looks absolutely amazing, and is very bright. It fills the corner that my PC sits in very nicely. I've attached a picture, all of the lighting behind the PC tower is from the LC100 starter kit - a beautifully bright addition that really light up a previously dark area. I have light towers behind my monitors, two mousepads (XXL and XXXL)m keyboard, mouse, headphones, headphone stand, H100i, and four ML fans in the case - it makes a gorgeous, well combined light set. The Corsair software even has an addon to control the light on my Asus 4070 so they match! An entire "lighting environment" is an amazingly nice feature I have fallen in love with thanks to Corsair. For the "USB Header" connection that the hub comes with, you can use a normal USB cable with the same connector (I *think* its a USB Mini-B connector, I may be wrong) and plug it into a USB port instead of using a header on the mobo. Its a bit of an older connector, I found a cable that worked that was for an old SD card reader, and I know I had an old digital camera with the same connection.

Great out of the box but they have longevity issues. Expect to do a warranty claim.
I have bought 3 sets and have been through the RMA warranty process twice. These triangles are amazing out of the box but in my experience the master power triangle burns out and the whole or partial series goes bad and that is on top of any issues you may have with Icue software. Corsair has great customer service any time I have had an issue and they will RMA replace them if they go bad. The day came when I was tired of replacing them. I have since removed the triangles from my case. I have no other issue with corsair products. If they ever improve this product or offer a new product alternative I may revisit this. Until then I will be done with the Triangles.
