Great peeled plum tomatoes. Just insure that you crush or chop them when making a sauce to avoid lumps. They disintegrate and blend very quickly when you simmer your sauce.

Absolutely gorgeous; as a pensioner living alone, thought that one tin should be fine, I'm not a tomato fancier, but thought they would be ok with my bacon and egg but found these tins of tomatoes absolutely lovely, they're Jam packed with the loveliest tomatoes I could ever find. Je voulais des tomates broyées, car habituellement, les tomates pelées que je trouve en grandes surfaces,ne sont pas assez cuites et sont trop dures à écraser à la fourchette (et non je n'utilise pas de mixeur) et n'en trouvant pas proposées sur Amazon,j'ai pris ces boîtes.,un peu à contre cœur. Une bonne surprise elle sont mûres à point,parfaitement cuites et baignent dans leur sauce.Je les recommande.
