How long has this been a thing? Oh the hours spent stringing seed beads in my middle school and high school years. This bead spinner bowl right here could have given me a lot more free time. It's pretty easy to use. Just be aware if your needle or wire catches on the inside of the bowl, beads will fly. It's happened to me a few times. Really the only negative thing I can say, and it's my own fault, is I try to pick it up to move it and just grab the top part. It is 2 pieces and I spilled it once already. It comes with some beads, I haven't used them yet. The needles were a bit misshapen from being forced down into the box, but I don't really use them anyway. This spins smoothly, and it's satisfying to sit and watch it spin. Very easy to mix up the beads. It takes hours off project times. Really a great tool for any beader! A must have for beaded jewelry sellers.

Works perfectly, and a must-have for beading projects. I've never used a spinner before, and while it took a couple of tries to figure out how/where to lay my wire (let it sort of float in the middle of the beads, not letting the needle/wire touch the bottom of the bowl) to catch the most beads, once I got the hang of it, it was a breeze to use. No more adding beads one by one!

This item just arrived today and I wasn’t even able to make 10 bracelets before the wire inside the needle broke. The wire easily slides out of the needle making it take longer to fix the wire the it actually takes to make a whole bracelet. The spinner itself works smooth and well but the needle for the seed beads is very low quality. The item is now useless to me until I can have new better quality needles shipped.

Not what I expected but works

I purchased a similar product from a local box store (hint, HL), and found the bowl to have several rough patches, which causes the wire to catch during spinning. This bowl is completely smooth, making it much more functional and easy to use. And as a bonus, came with a few packs of beads, needles, and thread. Another great Amazon find!

This is my first bead spinner ever so I don’t have any other to compare it to but I love it! It’s way better than having to string the beads one by one! As it was my first time using one, it did take time to figure out the right angles to use it but once I got the hang of it, it was great! The beads it came with are kind of ugly but I didn’t buy it for the beads or hooks, so I don’t mind! It is a bit loud even when there are no beads in it but I don’t know if that’s normal! I would recommend it for making french beaded flowers!

This spinner comes with two needles, regular and clay which are very handy. It works with both and allows you to string the beads quickly.

This spinner is waayyy smaller than I thought. Had to purchase another spinner. It was nice that it came with extra beads and needles but I wish the bowl was actually bigger.
