These look great and are very sturdy. And while they are easy to get on, they stay in place amazing well. But when you want to take them off, it is just as easy. A simple twist and slide and it is off. Just like it was before you put it on.Except that sometimes (not every time) that I wear them, my skin under where I wore them turns a beautiful bright shade of green. So yes, these are real copper. It seems strange to me that I can wear them some days without my wrist turning green and others when my wrist has a brilliant band of green. The green washes off fairly well with soap and water.I like these enough that my occasional green wrist doesn't deter me from wearing them. I guess I prefer real copper turning my wrist green than wearing who knows what that doesn't make it green.These are just too attractive to wear to pass up on. Make your friends green with envy.

E' carino, non costa molto, poi per gli eventuali benefici c'e' da vedere...comunque anche solo come braccialetto e' di bell'aspetto, non posso dare 5 stelle perche' non so' ancora se sia realmente efficace

It's very shiny n egdes are not sharp at all. It does look good .But the shape of the kadda was not circular.It was elliptical so when to bend it to fit your wrist.. it doesn't comes a circular.
