Great Paella Pan, but very large for storage
The paella pan worked great. Heat distribution is very good. The only negative is that the pan is very heavy, which makes it a bit difficult for cleaning. My husband gets to do clean-up on this one.

Excellent product with good heat conduction, keep the food cooking evenly. The pan is rated for 40 people but you can feed 60 people very easy .

ATTENTION GRABBER
Love this pan!!! Great size for a crowd...four handles for safety...and, best of all, it is an attention grabber when used in the traditional way, over an open flame...your guests will grab a glass of sangria and join in the fun of cooking! So glad I found this pan!!!
