Its perfect for my 6 year old on road trips. Comes with a remote, a DVD player charger for wall, a game controller, a car charger, and a component cable to hook up to tv. The LCD picture quality is good and clear , screen size is as discribed. The screen is a swivel screen you can turn half around to side on one side or theopposite way gives you a full turn to back of player. It has instructions so it's easy to follow for the game playing and other hook ups. You can use a memory card with adaptor to look at pictures ,play the downloadable games ect. Worth the price , and shipping was good. I would purchase this again and I would recommend for you to purchase as well.

I have been using this for about a year now. We drive from Georgia to Rhode Island monthly for adoption events. This player is always on my packing must have list. Easy to use. Good battery life. Good sound and visual quality.

Got two of these for my daughters and love them so far! The picture is much better than our last portable DVD player. Picture is great, sound is great, outlets on the side for usb and sd card, and the swivel feature is super awesome. I love that it can be used without a power cord, but I can’t say much for the battery life yet since I haven’t given them to my kids yet (they’re a surprise for this weekend), so I’ve only played with them a little to test everything out.One thing that I have mixed feelings about is how LOUD the buttons are. Feels a little cheap and would be annoying if the kids have to do much skipping or volume changes. Plus side would be that I can hear if they are messing with the buttons too much lol But for now, they’re ok for a couple of kids who will primarily be using them only occasionally in the car.Also haven’t been able to get the game part to work yet, but I’ll contact them and handle it. No biggie for now.

Just received and using it for the first time! I'll be honest that I was sceptical because some reviews said it made a loud noise while playing, but I don't seem to hear it. (but again, this is out first use.) Also, the reviews said the built in speakers weren't very loud, but I think it is decent. Basically what I would expect from the type of device. The picture is nice with a cartoon DVD. Hoping it lasts a while for the chunk of change I paid for it. And the free head rest holder for a review is not only great for me, but pretty darn smart on their part. As of now, I would recommend this, and possibly even buy another. But time shall tell if it is really all its cracked up to be.

Awesome DVD player! It's light in weight and a pretty purple color. The picture is great quality and it is easy to use. My daughter loves it. I got it for her for Christmas for our drive to Florida at the end of March! I definitely recommend it to others!

Bought this dvd a year ago. It worked great. We used it under 50 times and then this last trip we were on the airplane and it wouldn't read discs anymore. It hadn't been dropped or mishandled. Very disappointed. We also spent a whole 6 hour flight with 2 toddlers and no dvd player.Update: the company contacted us and the lense that reads discs needed to be cleaned. It worked great after this.Update 5/3: However, I'm a couple months past that review and the hinge on the plastic piece that covers the dvd has broken. So it will not stay in place and not read discs.

Awesome little portable DVD player. So far so good! Has wall charger and car charger, along with a remote and a miniature game remote. Can't wait to use it on our road trip next week. 18 hour car ride with a 1.5 year old so we need some extra entertainment and this was the answer!

We have a large family and wanted to purchase several DVD players for a cross country trip this spring, and lots of lesser travel throughout the summer. We opted to purchase these because we could buy 3 for the price of 1 higher quality unit, and decided we would be happy if we got a year out all 3 players. All 3 players did great for the initial trip, but we have had 1 fail already after about 3 months, which was very disappointing. We keep them in a padded travel bag and handle carefully, mounting to the seat back during trips, so the early failure was unexpected. The unit will power on, but it can no longer read discs. The integrated battery was a nice feature to reduce wires in the car for shorter trips. Some have complained of the quiet volume levels on these units. Our experience was that the players were loud enough to hear in our mini van on the highway. We also purchased over ear headsets to allow for less noise and easier conversation among those not watching a movie. Overall, these players got us through our initial need, but I will probably replace the defective units with higher quality players as they go out. The warranty just isn't long enough to cover initial break in of the players.[Update: 8/16/2018]I discovered that the lens had been smudged, and after cleaning with rubbing alcohol, the player worked again. I am updating my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars. We have had another player damaged with rough handling by a child. Overall the players are a great value for the price.

This seems expensive for what you get, I would love how the DVD player connects to the tv, except for the fact you can't hear it that well when you do...and there's also an annoying echo, whereby sound is coming through both the player and the tv. We've looked through the instructions, and there doesn't appear to be a way to just have the sound come through the TV when connected.It's a shame as this would have been perfect for all our needs otherwise.So we have to sit practically next to the TV to hear it and it echos!UPDATE:The company have said they will refund me for this DVD player, I will again report when this has happened. THE COMPANY HAVE NOW GIVEN ME A FULL REFUND

Great bit of kit for the car or camping. Charges quickly and holds a charge for a good amount of time, certainly enough to watch plenty of dvds.Remote works well as does the sound. Picture quality is really good for a small unit, little bit noisy from the dvd spinning, but really that won't put you off watching a movie.Options for an sd card and also USB but doesn't play all files, so you may find yourself converting mkv to avi to get it to play even then it's a bit hit and miss. Overall, great bit of kit for travelling, over night stays with the kids, grandparents and even going camping.

The remote is useless.😒The screen colour dulls when adjusting the brightness.😒The sound is actually better than expected after reading the negative comments on the sound, although I do use it in a quiet room and can see it being difficult to hear while in a noise polluted area.👍🏻The product was very well packaged BUT the screen is scratched. 😒The plug ins (charger) is a little tight and I worry plugging it in and taking it out will damage the charger port.😐It feels kind of cheap.More cons than pros. But it’s currently decent enough for the prices if you’re lucky enough to get one without scratches on the screen.

My 8 year old Granddaughter was over the moon with her Christmas present , lovely bright colour and a great thing for children to carry about with them whilst travelling or visiting & keeps her quiet for hours ..Definitely a good buy .

Purchased for my granddaughterShe loves the fact she can watch Peppa pig on her own little tv.Easy to use -she is only 2 and has already worked out how to put the disc in and press play.Nice bright colour very robust and picture and sound quality are excellent.
