Extra Advanced, size 312 Hearing Aid Battery (pack 60 pcs)

I have really high powered RIC (Receiver in the Canal) hearing aids which look like rather large behind the ear hearing aids. I have been using iCell Tech batteries as well as Power Ones which are a bit cheaper. I only got about 2-3 days use out of the batteries I was using. I was at my audiologists's and he gave me a card of these Rayovac Extra Advanced batteries to try. I did and was surprised that I could get at least four days use from them if I wore my aids for about 8-10 hours a day. I figured they were twice the cost of the ones I was using so probably not a good deal but I found them here for just a couple of dollars more per 60 batteries. These batteries do give me at least an extra day, sometimes two, than the cheaper batteries I was using. Because my aids take so much power to work, it can get really costly changing the batteries every couple of days. In fact, I found myself not wearing my aids at home to save on battery cost. That is NOT how it is supposed to be. These are very well priced and have an expiration date of 2019. not that they will last more than a few months but it's good to know they have a long shelf life. They arrived in a bag, not a box, kind of tossed in but I placed them in a box of my own and all is well. I am pleased with these batteries. They don't give me loads of extra days but every extra day adds up and lowers my price per battery. I also haven't had dead batteries when using Rayovac like I have had with the lower priced brands I have been using. I'm sticking to these for now. If a more powerful battery comes along, I know my audiologist will inform me and I will look into them. Right now, these last longer then any I have tried - not by a LOT but enough to justify the couple dollars extra for 60 versus the cheaper brands.

Good quality product and timely shipment. The battery lasted around a week for an average use of 10 hours/day, better than other brands I used which only last around 2-3 days. I will reorder them again when I run out of this batch of 60.

I was so excited to receive the Rayovac Extra Advanced, size 312 Hearing Aid Batteries. I bought them specifically to keep my hearing aids alive for the longest amount of time. Unfortunately, my excitement was short-lived. Literally the first time I tried to use one of these batteries, I got no power, it was dead. I removed the sticker from the next battery and got another dead on arrival. I verified that my hearing aids were not the problem by putting a known, working battery in both ears. Hearing aids work fine, with good batteries. That is not the case for these. As I continued opening new batteries from this package, I was met with more that were DOA, 85% of the time. Approximately 10% of the time, the battery had enough juice to power on my hearing aids. Unfortunately, the power lasted for literally 1 minute, before the before the battery was dead. The quality is appalling. It's clear that this product was not designed to last the advertised estimate of one week, or even to provide enough power to start the hearing aids.. I've already processed a return. I rarely write negative reviews, but I felt I had to warn others. Do not waste your time or money on this. Look for a different brand.

These batteries are as good, or better than any I have purchased in the past. I have a Cochlear BAHA 6 sound processor. They last, on average, about 9 days. I don't understand the critical reviews about the child proof packaging. These are easy to open with the standard wheel where you can pop out one at a time.

The batteries last much longer than the other brand I used from here. However, I absolutely HATE the packaging! The last set of Rayovac Extra's that I bought did not have this packaging. They should say in the description that it is child/senior proof packaging.

These are great batteries however it does not state its childproof packaging BUT IT IS! Very hard to get open. Need a heavy scissors and pry hard to get open.Very disapointing. Very hard to get open!

I decided to buy these even thought they cost a bit more because it says the are made in the USA. But they are not. They plainly are labeled as from the UK. I am quite familiar with UK products and their quality has fallen a good bit over the years. I have Ray O Vac 312's that were made here and they are amazing. Last about 50% longer than any other brand I ever bought. I am very disappointed that Amazon allows such false advertising.
