Disappointing
I got this because I thought it would be a lot of fun. Has a few major flaws:1. If it is windy outside forget it. Any amount of wind blows the ball right off.2. It is very loud. Almost need ear protection from al the noise.3. The ball bounces up and down on the column of air. Hence does not simulate an actual ball that is being pitched at you.4. The sleeve always seems to point in a slight direction no matter how you adjust it. At times it makes it hard to put any ball on it.5. The ability to control the strength of the air is nice, but there is not much difference in low and high. I am guessing this is for different ball weights, but seems more of an annoyance.Under ideal conditions it seems to work okay. Not a fan of it, and do not see the point or value in it.

What a Versatile Piece of Equiptment!
Purchased this gem about a month or two ago for the grandkids from 3 to 8 years old to start grooving their baseball swing (as well as tennis). Such a cool device to be able to easily vary the ball height to develop a realistic hitting spot for many different kids heights. The fact that the ball will also move around very slightly really helps a child develop proper hand eye coordination at a quicker rate than just siting on a stationary tee. Wish I would have had access to something like this for my kids as they were growing up!.Item arrived promptly even and follow up service to answer a question or two (where to find more balls, etc.) was extremely gratifying. Trust me you won't regret this investment!.

Great learning tool- easy set up!
My son got the hit zone for his 6th birthday. It was the MVP of the party as the group of children played for a solid 90 minutes very peacefully together. He received it on Friday and has played with it everyday since. Some of the adults even got in on the action. It will definitely take my sons hitting to the next level.

This product will not disappoint. I learned of it from another coach in little league. My son loved it, and had to have it. Not only is it well made, it's a ton of fun while training. This was a no brainer purchase oh, and the best is part is I messed up the order and called late one evening, and to my surprise the call was answered not only by a human, but the owner. I recommend this machine to everyone I see!
