Cat Litter Deodorizer, Lavender Vanilla Crystals, 15 oz

I think they smell great but my cats REFUSED TO USE THE LITTER BOX WHEN I PUT IT IN THERE. Had to change it all out and now I use it in the dirty litter box where it doesn't really do any good.

Oh, where do I even begin with the Arm & Hammer Deodorizing Cat Litter Crystals? These little magical odor-fighting crystals are like the superhero of the cat litter world, and I'm here to sing their praises in a way that hopefully won't make you paws for thought! First of all, let's address the elephant in the room (or should I say the "cat" in the room) – the notorious cat odors! If you've ever been in a cat-friendly household, you know that the litter box can be like a mini biohazard zone. But fear not, my fellow cat servants, because Arm & Hammer has swooped in to save the day with these litter crystals. The transformation is nothing short of purr-fect! The odors that used to make me want to evacuate my own home are now as elusive as a ninja kitty. These crystals have got the odor-fighting game down to a science. It's like they went to Kitty Harvard to major in "Deodorizing 101." I've had friends come over and ask, "Where's your litter box? I can't smell anything!" That's when I slyly point to the corner, and they can't believe their noses. Thanks to these crystals, I can finally invite people over without fear of embarrassing feline odors. And let's talk about longevity, shall we? These crystals aren't just in it for the short-term flings. No siree! They stick around for weeks on end. It's like they have a tenacious commitment to keeping the air in my home fresh and odor-free. I change the litter much less frequently, and I'm saving money in the process. If I could high-five these crystals, I would! Now, for the comedy part – the moment when your feline overlord decides to get creative with their litter box endeavors. You know the drill: kitty makes an Olympic-level mess, scattering litter like confetti at a parade. But here's the kicker - Arm & Hammer Deodorizing Cat Litter Crystals don't just obliterate odors, they're like litterbox ninja warriors. These crystals clump together in a way that makes scooping up the mess hilariously easy. It's like playing a game of "Find the Clumps." Sometimes I feel like I'm on a treasure hunt! Who knew that cleaning the litter box could be such a riot? Lastly, the packaging is brilliantly designed, and it's a breeze to pour these little odor assassins into the litter box without making a mess. So, you can thank Arm & Hammer not only for deodorizing powers but also for a user-friendly experience that doesn't leave you dusted in a cloud of litter. In conclusion, Arm & Hammer Deodorizing Cat Litter Crystals are the unsung heroes of the litter box world. They're like the James Bond of the cat litter universe, vanquishing odors with style and grace. If you want your home to be odor-free, save money on litter, and have a little laughter along the way, these crystals are the way to go. Your kitty will thank you, your guests will thank you, and you'll be laughing all the way to the litter box!

It works. I have 3 litter boxes and not a scent in my house. I will continue to purchase it.

The product is nice when you first put it in your kitty litter but as soon as the litter is used 2 or 3 times, it has no effect. At least with my 2 cats it seems to not help with the smell much! I do enjoy the smell though and for the price, it’s not bad as an addition to your kitty litter.. especially if you live in a small space and need a little something to help with smell!

As an accountant, I approached this purchase with the same disciplined methodology I apply to any questionable expenditure: 1. Identify the asset. 2. Determine useful life. 3. Calculate cost per use. 4. Ask why the container is the size of a beverage. Let's discuss quantity first. This is a small container. Not "conveniently compact." Small. The kind of small where you open the shipping box, remove the packing material, locate the product, and continue searching the box because surely there is another one in there. There is not. From an accounting perspective, the container is approximately 40% deodorizing crystals and 60% me standing in the kitchen turning it over looking for an explanation. Now introduce multiple cats. With one cat, this may be a litter deodorizer. With five to seven cats, this is a sample. I have enough litter boxes that sprinkling this across all of them feels less like applying a product and more like a priest walking through a cathedral distributing holy water. A little here. A little there. May God protect this household. If I apply a reasonable amount to every litter box, my projected useful life for the container is approximately eleven minutes. This creates a serious depreciation problem. Under normal accounting principles, an asset should provide future economic benefit. This bottle provides future economic benefit until approximately Tuesday. I attempted to calculate cost per litter box, but midway through the calculation one of the cats pooped again and materially changed the forecast. We are now operating under revised guidance. I considered classifying this as a consumable supply. Incorrect. For a multi-cat household, this should be classified as a rapidly disappearing current asset. Inventory turnover is exceptional. Possibly too exceptional. The odor-control concept itself is sound. Arm & Hammer has put baking soda into little scented crystals whose entire corporate mission is apparently to stand between civilization and whatever occurred in Box Number Four at 2:17 a.m. I respect the mission. I question the staffing level. Because this little bottle has been assigned responsibility for an operation far beyond its available capacity. This is six cats. Six digestive systems. Six independent production facilities. No scheduled downtime. Demand is continuous. One cat can initiate a new odor event while I'm still closing out the previous odor event. There is no month-end. There is no quarter-end. The books never close. The books poop again. So while the crystals may perform adequately, management has significantly underestimated required headcount. I need this product in a 5-gallon bucket. Possibly a drum. Something delivered on a pallet with a bill of lading. I should not be able to hold my annual odor-control strategy comfortably in one hand. Final audit findings: Product size: suspiciously little. Multi-cat scalability: poor. Inventory turnover: catastrophic. Projected reorder frequency: irritating. Odor mitigation: appreciated. Container-to-cat ratio: financially irresponsible. At this point I am not purchasing cat deodorizer. I am funding an ongoing environmental remediation program. One star until Accounts Payable receives the industrial-size SKU for real so little product I need a Biggie Size option here

I don't have a cat. so am not sure how this works for a litterbox. I do have a canister vacuum that smells musty no matter how many filters are changed and no matter how many times it is cleaned with deodorizing cleaner and/or bleach. It smells fine for a couple of days, then gets musty again. I add this product when changing the bag, and it keeps the mustiness away for a long time. I just open the top of the crystals container and suck some in after putting in a new bag. It doesn't need a lot and one container of crystals will last a long time, so don't waste money by letting a lot get sucked up. It really doesn't take much of the product to eliminate the musty smell. I like the smell of the lavender and vanilla, and I wish I could smell it more when using the vacuum. You really can't smell this product much, if at all, when vacuuming. It's a bit of a bummer because I like the fragrance, but it does stop the vacuum from smelling like a wet dog, so it's not masking the smell with another smell. It just works great to keep the mustiness away until it's time to change the bag again.

Our new kitty makes the worst smelling pooh. This helps and has not deterred either her or the older cat from using the box.

I did like this proct.I wish it would have been a little bit more of it in the bottle , but I mean , you can only make the bottle so big but I love anything arm and hammer so this is nothing short of great.

All it takes is just a little sprinkle depending with the amount of poos in litter if more than usual just sprinkle again & no more poo smells. I find it works straight away & easier to breathe by eliminating those smelly cat poos. Good price & last a while.
