Only used for five months, then it broken down and it’s not the same plug in the UK. Don’t recommend buying this.

I Bought this cooker from Amazon UK, and thought electric power source will be matched with UK. But I found it was not, and it become a useless. Return cost was half of the purchased amount. So I gave up to return.

Item is a 120V voltage product, cannot use in UK and EU.

The price is high, the quality is poor, and it broke after just six months of use. Even though it's within the warranty period, customer service won't take care of it.

As another reviewer wrote, also in the UK: it leaks water from the air gap during use. But, I found that this is not a fault of the product, but a fault of where this is sold. It requires a 120V outlet, whereas here in the UK we have 240V. That's twice the voltage for this poor thing, so temperatures must have been too high. I'm surprised it didn't break immediately. This should not be sold in the UK!

it's expensive and doesn't work well. it leaked water on the air outlet, and broke after 1 month of use. tried contacting the seller and no one answered. very disappointing

The service was terrible to start off with. We received an incorrect adapter which first of all, took more than a month to be delivered, and on its arrival it didnt even work. Secondly the rice cooker has now stopped working within 6 months of purchase. Halfway through cooking, the rice cooker just ceased to turn on!
