High roof- not ideal for stands
Basically I thought the spring would quieten/shh the sound but it doesn't 🥺 it's a solid spring but obviously adds quite Abit of length to your bags too,/ when including the bag straps or chains... I wouldn't recommend for indoor stands(but most likely an indoor bag over 55kg wouldn't be used anyway) but the swivel works well and caribiner locks are quality...

Dåliga expanders
Metallen är stark och kulan rullar på bra. Men måtten på amazons hemsida är fel och var tvungen att hitta mått via 2nda part. Det går absolut inte att borra ett 10mm hål i betong och få in expandern så gjorde nya hål i metallen på 12mm

Artikel ist robust, hält, was es verspricht, nur sollte man beachten: je mehr Gewicht dran hängt, desto schwerer dreht sich die Kugel.Ich habe diesen Artikel an die Decke geschraubt, vorher einen Dachbalken ausgelotet per Magnet an der Wohnstubendecke der Vernagelung gefolgt, damit es auch wirklich stabil an der Decke hängt, und habe mein Yogatuch dran gehängt. Ich habe knappe 53kg.
