I felt obligated to leave a review for this product because it really does work. I started developing weird stomach aches in the past year and while I never visited a doctor to get a formal diagnoses, Google is my trusted friend and I did a lot of research on my symptoms....i came to the realization that I probably have pancreatitis because 1. I drink a lot 2. I don't eat regularly 3. I have sluggish digestion. It never bothered me that much because well, I have high pain tolerance and didn't think it was a big deal... Until this past Friday....I woke up in the middle of the night from stomach pains that I've never really felt before besides the time I had a kidney infection along with kidney stones. I made myself go back to sleep, thinking it will go away by the morning.... It didn't go away.. In fact, it got 10 times worse... I endured the pain throughout Saturday and Sunday, with the pain more severe right after I eat and having no relief unless I took some maximum strength Tylenol...I kept trying to wait out the pain but it just never got better...I finally couldn't take it anymore at around 7pm this evening but didn't want to go to urgent care (I'm lazy like that)...I wasn't sure why I had so much pain in my stomach, right below the rib cage, even Tylenol wasn't working that well... Then I remembered I had this product in my medicine cabinet and figured it couldn't hurt to try some because I had symptoms of pancreatitis before...I took 3 pills (the bottle says to take 1pill 3 times a day).... About 30min later most of the pain was gone... I'm really not exaggerating because the effects were so obvious...I even managed to have an entire meal with no pain and nausea.... It is 11pm now.. Still no pain and I feel like I'm properly digesting my dinner..... This is the only thing I took today besides Tylenol at 11am this morning.... Please do give this a try if you think you might have pancreatitis, you won't regret it

Our dog has had digestive issues with his pancreas since he was two; he is now seven. After expensive testing our vet put him on a RX Only Brand of these enzymes Amylase, Protease & Lipase and the price for that RX brand has quadrupled since he first started taking these enzymes. So wanting to keep our little buddy healthy and we were needing to find something with the same enzymes that was more affordable, I found these & saw they have the very same enzymes as the RX ones do. I know that our pets can take various human medications but just to be certain I called our veterinarian clinic and told them what the name of this product was and they looked it up and our VET said YES that our dog could take this Pancreatin! The price of these same enzymes is just a fraction of the cost for 100 pills of the RX ones! It’s the same enzymes from porcine; same amount of pills (100) and SO FAR SO GOOD! The only difference is the RX ones are a tablet and these Pancreatin are capsules but that’s not a problem with our dog we just wrap it in a tiny piece of sliced meat or cheese & he’s a happy doggie! So glad I found these!

My husband took enzymes with every meal for about 18 months. They helped a little with bloating issues he was experiencing. Recently he decided to add a B vitamin complex, and the bloating almost completely went away. He stopped taking the enzymes because he didn't need them anymore. Vitamin B was much more effective for him. He cuts the B vitamins in half and takes 1/2 with every meal. The enzymes were a manageable size, easy to swallow with no real taste. Sometimes a capsule would come apart in the bottle and then the dust would come out when trying to get some of the last capsules out, but that wasn't a big deal.Update: Since he stopped taking the enzymes, my husband lost almost 1 pound in weight every week. Although the B vitamins helped with bloating, somehow they didn't help as much with nutrient absorption. He is now back to taking both the B and the enzymes, and his weight is starting to go back up (which is a good thing for him, with his digestive issues).

So for starters, I've never had my pancreas removed and I've never had my pancreas looked at by the doctor. All I know is that my poop has been funny looking at I get hunger pains so bad even after eating that I feel like puking.I started taking these; I started out by taking all three during the day. Sometimes I take them with a glass of juice and it is just amazing how it makes me feel.The hunger monster is gone. I woke up this morning NOT feeling like I'm starving to death.My blood pressure (I have extreme low blood pressure) has gone up. I'm not cold all the time anymore. I feel like I should do more research on what else this stuff helps because so far my mood has changed, my stomach has changed, my blood pressure has changed, maybe this is a sign my pancreas isn't working like it should. Either way this stuff is amazing. My stomach feels so good after I take it. Highly recommend

I took this for a day and had a gallstone attack. I ended up at the doctor for pain. I had gallstones before this, but one day of using them could have been coincidental; my pancreatitis began acting up. I'm getting surgery to remove gall bladder to avoid all of this. I don't know how well this product does or doesn't work.
