Healthy and Tasty
Pros: Healthy with no preservatives listed. It's difficult to find pretty healthy soup. Lots of dietary fiber, but isn't low sodium (23% of daily). Dried soup means preservatives not needed and no plastic packaging and less cost to transport heavy water too. It's a paper cup with paper lid. I use these at home and also camping. I boil water in the teapot at home and pour in paper cup which is sturdy, though you could use a glass measuring cup or bowl in microwave to heat water. When I'm camping I heat water in tinyJetBoil and pour in and no dishes to wash. Then put the paper top back on and wait a couple mins. I put an inverted small plate on the hold paper lid. Taste is good and is ready to eat quickly in a couple mins. and no need for a pan or bowl to wash up and you can eat out of the cup. Basic readable good ingredients. Gluten free and vegan .Con: A top ingredient is natural flavors, which is not my ideal. It could be lower sodium and while it doesn't list sugar as ingredient, it has 1gram of added sugar which could be hiding in the "spices" which I feel like isn't upfront, if so.Overall I'd recommend as easy and healthy and no dishwashing needed. Not easy to find healthy good tasting foods that are dehydrated and made for everyday eating beyond surviving an apocalypse.

Love it
This is really good tasting and doesn’t taste like it was reconstituted. Tastes almost homemade. The nutritional properties are another reason why I keep buying it too. And there are 15 grams of fiber in the one cup. It’s so easy to make. Just add water, stir and eat. Very convenient for me because I’m unable to make meals. So although I guess you could say this is processed, it’s healthy and doesn’t have a lot of additives. Wish it would come in a bigger serving. I haven’t seen that but I’ll have to look. It’s hard to keep in the cupboard long because it’s a healthy go to for me.

easy, tasty lunch
I think this tastes pretty good and is easy to take to lunch at work. Price point is good. While there is a lot of sodium, there is also a lot of fiber, low sugar, and lots of protein. I will buy again.

Stop at 1
Keep yourself from fixing a 2nd one, it’s that good. Best bean soup I have had in a long time

Quick/convenience over taste
Does it taste like traditional split pea soup? Nope, it’s kinda sweet and no visible peas so add your own seasoning and/or veggies to taste if you don’t like it. I mixed some with a rice dish and that was good. On its own it’s kinda bland, gets thicker the longer it sits. Add more heated water if you want it more liquidy. This is a quick convenient meal. I bet melting (vegan) cheese in it would taste good.

A great way to stay regular while traveling!
This soup has a bit more sodium than I'd prefer, but it puts my intestines back on track (not in a dramatic way) within 24 hours if I'm having an issue while I'm traveling. The flavor is good on its own, but I like to supplement with some lime-flavored chips if they're on hand (even though it's more salt). I think the directions call for microwaving the soup, but I use water from my water boiler, stir it, and just wait about 5 minutes.

Was not my "cup of noodles." Expensive and bland!
This product is odd and not very filling at all. First of all maybe I'm used to the Maruchan cups where you just add water, there's some freeze dried veggies and meats, this was not it. The bowl comes with a pack of what I guess is salt seasoning and for some reason the noodles are cut in to bits and pieces. Once you add the pack of salt and water it turns into a chalky type of mixture and there isn't much taste, even after adding hot sauce. I wouldn't recommend, just buy the Maruchan version and pour off some of the water for the low sodium affect. You'll be happier and it's WAY cheaper.

Hearty, Healthy, Easy-to-Cook, Super Low Fat, Portable for Office Meals
Love this soup! Cones with separate spice packet, so easy to prepare!. I add a splash of lime choice and have a side of toasted sourdough or almond rice crackers... Adding avocado chunks brings it to the DIVINE level (altho for those of us on restricted fat diets, this may be a dream). :)I love I can bring these with me on the road or office, needs just water and a microwave for the basic presentation.Healthy, easy, affordable. What's not to love?
