First sign did not work. Return via Amazon return at Post Office. Very easy . Refund within 24hrs. We decided to order another one and hope this worked. Arrived a few days later and we are very happy with it. Looks fantastic.

I absolutely love this neon “Coffee” sign! I bought it to finish off my little coffee corner, and it looks amazing. The design is fun and stylish, and it gives off just the right amount of light to create a cosy vibe. It was easy to hang up and feels like good quality. I’ve had so many compliments already. If you’re a coffee lover looking to add a bit of personality to your setup, this is perfect!

Had my eye on this for a while, very pleased with the sign and light brightness function, my only criticism would be that the cable is white rather than clear, but I fixed this by using black plastic coat spray. Looks right now.

great value Great look

This light looks fab in my kitchen. Seems to be good quality. Really ties the room together! I was hoping it would turn on with my other LED lights plugged into the wall however you need to turn it on with the switch on the cable. But that's a preference rather than any design flaw

I purchased this "Open" neon sign in late November 2024, and initially, I was quite pleased with its appearance and functionality. Unfortunately, after only five months of moderate indoor use, the sign has completely stopped working. Given that this product is intended for regular display and visibility particularly for business purposes I expected a significantly longer lifespan. The premature failure is extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on the quality and reliability of the item. I cannot recommend this product based on my experience, and I hope the manufacturer considers improvements in durability moving forward and a replacement for me.

An absolutely stunning neon light. Great size, nice and bright, however brightness can easily be adjusted on the switch. Bright, even in the daytime. Excellent value for money.
