Just what I needed to get the G5 back up and running. It was very nice to have all of the extras - tools, and even a servicible glass screen protector included at a very good price. Installation is fairly straightforward for this phone, and the part works very well, touch matrix is good, brightness is good, and comparable to the original. No faults, just a good replacement part.

By far the easiest replacement I've ever done. Replaced the screen and phone works great!

The screen cam already attached to the frame which is a big help. The screen is nice and solidly hooked to the frame with no lifting as well!!! Even if you are experienced with replacing phone screens it can defiantly be challenging getting the screen hooked down good without putting too much adhesive/glue to the point where something isn't sitting flush or it dried slightly off and now the screen ribbon doesn't line up with the motherboard connection just right. Trust me the couple extra buck to already have this assembled in the frame is money well spent. Saved a lot of time and the screen responsiveness, colors and clarity are a perfect match to the phones original screen! Great purchase :)

Glass tint seems to bethe issue. Contrast reminds me of glass with slightly too much tint. Light sensor sensitivity is bad. Any low light situation is no good. Not good for me who has a broken power button. For what i ordered i cant complain beyond that. I will see if it works better than the last (different replacement) sceatched and badly shattered quickly screen i purchased.

Worked great for one week, then after a 4 ft drop to concrete the display stopped working although screen did not crack and touch pad was still sensitive. Phone was in INCIPIO protector with tempered glass screen protector in place. It landed face down on the concrete. The OEM screen had repeated taken similar or worse drops over a three year period and remained operable throughout although screen cracks progressively worsened (no tempered glass screen protector was on OEM screen).

Had to replace my screen when my phone was driven over. This replacement works perfectly. The only difference I see between this one and the old screen is that if I have polarized sunglasses on and turn the phone sideways, I can't see the screen at most angles. That's not a complaint about the screen, as I said it works perfect, and non-polarized glasses or none at all are no issue.

Great screen - no issues - watch for little rubber piece in the old screen to transfer to the new screen for proximity sensory - had a heck of a time till figured that out - screen would go blank as if in a pocket to prevent pocket dialing etc - and would require full light in a room to wake up - sometimes had to reboot phone - NOT ISSUE with screen but missing something in the transfer

Easy to install with a youtube tutorial. Works well and I'm glad I received a screen guard and all the tools needed. Only downside: Colors are a little less vibrant than the original screen.

Super easy to install, just found a video on youtube and followed along with that on a tablet.

I've bought two of these and both the glass was separating from the frame. Also the screen is not as bright as the oem one.
