Why is this product not recommended with hot water from an indoor faucet?

We don't recommend to use hot water. Because if hot water and cold water are used at the same time, the joint will be easily damaged, and the service life will be very short. While connected with cold water the service life of joint will be longer.

I have a 1 inch nozzle that I wanted to use for a long time. I have to use a bunch of different fittings to get it down to the three-quarter size. This is the first time I found a single hitting from 1 inch to three-quarter hose.
