I recently picked up a NIIMBOT Label Maker, and it’s been such a fantastic addition to my organization game! First off, the setup was super simple. I just plugged it in, installed the software, and I was ready to go in no time. What I love most about this label maker is the variety of label sizes and styles it offers. Whether I need small labels for jars or larger ones for boxes, it has me covered. The printing quality is impressive; the text comes out clear and sharp, which is great for readability. Another big plus is how quickly it prints. I can whip up a bunch of labels in just a few minutes, which saves me a lot of time when I’m organizing or labeling items around the house. Plus, the thermal printing means I don’t have to worry about buying ink or toner, which is a huge bonus! The design is sleek and compact, so it doesn’t take up much space on my desk, and it’s lightweight enough that I can easily move it around if needed. Overall, if you’re looking for a reliable and efficient label maker, I highly recommend the NIIMBOT one! It’s made my life so much easier!

What a fantastic product! I must say I was a little pessimistic, but it turned out to be super simple, and exactly what I needed to use for my home business. I use it to label trading cards. It literally took me five minutes to set up, and wirelessly connecting my iPhone to the app is pretty straightforward. I suggest using less text per line to make the font larger if that’s how you like it. The text font is crystal clear, and compatible for anything I want to label. Excellent versatility for home use! Absolutely recommend this label maker, and for the price, it can’t be beat!

Little printer is so handy, I purchased it to label the canning jars. Love that I don't need ink for this system. It was very easy to originally set it up for use after purchase and extremely fast printing.

This is a great little product. Easy to set up and use. 4 stars because I think that the seller should be a little more upfront about the subscription service they try to sell you. At 1st it looked like I HAD to purchase the subscription to do anything and I went back and checked the listing - nothing about subscription. I almost returned it but did some digging and there are quite a few templates to use for free. I just always like to know if there is a subscription attached to anything before I purchase it. I'll have to play with it some more to see if the subscription is needed but so far it works for what I need which is simple fun labels for home use.

I’ve been really happy with the Niimbot B21 so far. It’s simple, easy to use, and does exactly what I need it to do. The setup is quick, the app is straightforward, and the labels print cleanly every time. It’s been great for organizing inventory across household items, office supplies, and anything else that needs a quick tag. For the price and convenience, it’s been a solid little tool that works well without any fuss.

It gets the job done, but there are several issues. One, they *require* you use only their brand of paper, and even if you are buying their brand, about 80% of the time, the printer will still tell you that the paper is incompatible (it's absolutely not) and block you from printing. You can just remove the spool of paper and put it on a legit roll-center, but even then, the printer actually counts how many prints you've done, and after a certain amount, will still bar you from printing any more. Second, the batteries in these are notorious for crapping out after a few months. And when it does, you will have no recourse. The company couldn't care less. Thirdly, they are horrible about clearly labeling which papers actually are compatible with each product, and at least here on amazon, they will change their listings after selling so many folks end up with incompatible product. When I bought this, it was labeled as the Pro model. The box said pro model. The priter in the box was the standard model, despite being still sealed. The company does this with their app (which, by the way, you MUST use to actually use the printer, but you only get limited access. Unless, of course, you pay an absured monthly membership!) too, changing at their leisure what papers one can use with the printers. This one did work with kraftpaper for a month. Then they updated their app, and now I have to use a physical workaround to continue using the product I paid for. Again, no recourse. Extremely greedy company. I couldn't care less what the laws are where it is manufactured, but if they are going to be allowed to sell internationally, they shouldn't be allowed to prevent you from using other papers with their printer. At minimum, they should be required to clearly disclose their greed, barred from collecting your data, and be required to refund all money the instant they change what papers the printer can use, especially if it turns out that the printer is perfectly capable of printing on any given paper type and the company just changed the software to pick and choose because they want more money. Terrible company, terrible customer service, dud product overall. Buy at your own risk.

This little printer is awesome and the Niimbot label design app is amazeballs! You can run the app on a smartphone or tablet and design any kind of layout you can imagine. Want QR code or bar codes? it does that. Want to print a photo or some random image? It does that. Want cool free borders, fonts, icons, timestamps, serial numbers, general shapes, or tables? It does all that. The best part is, you can use the app and design labels without having to signup for any kind of account. BUT, if you want to save your label designs, and access a few more features, you have to signup for a free account. Your labels designs will be stored in the cloud, so you don't have to worry about backups if you wipe your phone/tablet. The only issue I have is that it won't auto-connect to bluetooth on my Google Pixel 8 when I turn on the printer. I always first have to go my phone's Bluetooth settings and hit 'Connect' for the device each time, then the app will connect to it. But once connected, it works flawlessly! 10/10 would buy again.

Llevo un tiempo usando la Niimbot B21 y la verdad es que me ha sorprendido lo cómoda que es para etiquetar de forma rápida y sin complicaciones. Es compacta, ligera y la conexión con el móvil es casi inmediata, lo que hace que preparar etiquetas sea muy sencillo. 📦 Diseño y materiales La impresora se ve resistente y bien acabada. Es pequeña, fácil de transportar y el mecanismo de cierre es sólido. El tamaño es perfecto para usar en casa, oficina o incluso para llevar en la mochila si la necesitas fuera. 🖨️ Funcionamiento y calidad de impresión La calidad de impresión es muy buena para ser térmica. Las líneas salen nítidas. Los códigos QR y códigos de barras se leen perfectamente. No he tenido atascos ni cortes raros durante la impresión. El emparejamiento por Bluetooth funciona rápido y sin perder conexión. 📱 App y opciones de diseño La aplicación es intuitiva y permite personalizar bastante las etiquetas: bordes, tamaños, iconos, códigos QR, etc. Es perfecta para etiquetar cables, botes, cajas, archivadores o pequeñas herramientas. ❗ Aspectos negativos Lo que menos me ha gustado es que muchas fuentes, iconos y diseños dentro de la app son de pago. Vienen varias opciones gratuitas, pero si quieres una estética más variada o profesional te obliga a pasar por caja, y eso no se mencionaba claramente. También estaría bien que incluyera algún rollo de etiquetas extra, pero esto ya es secundario. 📌 Conclusión Es una impresora muy práctica y recomendable por su calidad, rapidez y facilidad de uso. Para etiquetar en casa u oficina funciona de maravilla. El único inconveniente real es que gran parte de las opciones de personalización avanzadas son de pago dentro de la app. Aun así, si no necesitas diseños muy sofisticados, la versión gratuita es suficiente para el día a día. Si que es verdad que si tuviera que volver a comprarla compraria una para hacer pegatinas mas grandes.
