Keeps birds alive
I've tried the bird decals and still experienced collisions. These work. HOWEVER, beware. It's says they are removable. The top layer comes off BUT leaves the adhesive which has to be shaped with alcohol, goo gone or I use isopropyl alcohol which works. Seller said to use water- no way that works! It's also hard to maintain integrity when washing windows with tape as they come loose) I wouldn't buy again.

No more bird strikes
Our living room window is large, 4' X 8' and you can look through it to the sliding glass door to our deck. Birds apparently thought the window was a shortcut, and we had many strikes, with many birds dying. I read about many solutions and was about to make one from para-cord when I found this style. My wife and I installed them; I marked the center of the window then pencil marked 4" intervals from the center marks to the left and right of center (top and bottom of the window). She started the top and unrolled and I took the roll mid-way down and unrolled to the bottom, holding the strip away from the window. She cut the strip while I held the strip away from the glass mid-length. She took the bottom end, slightly stretched the strip and I released the middle. Then we gently tapped down with our fingers, the gently rubbed the strip down to the glass. This process reduced or eliminated any wrinkles, and kept the strip straight from top to bottom. We figured this process out as we progressed. We don't even notice the tape anymore and haven't had a strike in the almost 4 weeks since installation. I clean our windows' exterior with a soapy applicator and a silicone squeegee, and don't expect any issues cleaning over the tape.

Not the best
I bought the stuff to put on my windows to help with bird vs window collisions. When applying it I noticed it's a little stretchy so it was kind of hard to keep a consistent as you naturally try to stretch it across the glass. It also doesn't look very pretty. I thought the narrow strips would be less obvious but it looks like jail cell bars on my windows. So the next week I pulled them off to put a replacement item up. I couldn't believe it left I residue on the windows in just a few days. Not to mention terribly difficult to remove because the tape kept tearing. Did not like this product at all

It works.
My feeders attract many birds, and I had birds hitting my sliding glass door at least twice a week. I tried all of the cheap home tricks to no avail. So far I haven't had a birdie accident in the twenty days this has been installed. The instructions say to apply it to the exterior which I did. We have had lots of rain and the tape on the lower half of the door is wanting to lift. If I have to do it again I'll install it on the interior. Also, it's not hard to install but keeping it equal in distance and straight is another matter altogether. lol

Robins wreaking havoc on my windows!!
In my case, the robins sit on a tree close to the window before they strike, so I don’t think they can see the dots. Maybe this works if the bird is flying toward the window from a distance

Product comparison
The product says it’s clear but it’s “clear” like scotch tape. One picture showed it more opaque/clear and one looked white. Collidescape is what I originally purchased but needed more so tried this brand to save a few pennies,.Big mistake. The tape on the right is from Collidescape and on left is from Tis Tiloz. I don’t usually write reviews but wanted to show this photo and you can decide.

Se supone k funciona muy bien para poner en vidrio como advertencia , pero no se ve y es muy delgado

Was a bit time consuming to setup but overall the bird collisions have been reduced. Weather in my location is -30c in winter so a few peeled down slightly but I can just trim and add more. Probably due to my not adhering it well enough. The adhesion is really strong and if you want to take it off you’ll need to scrape some leftover adhesive bits. But that’s what makes it great. It does stick.

Stuck to the window and started to disintegrated leaving a mess.

Plus opaque que je le croyais. Par contre, résiste bien au mauvais temps.

The tape is the same tape used for bandages, just half as wide and twice as expensive. Does the job and looks ok as long as no one looks too closely at it. Update: Lowering review to 1 star. Fell off after 1 year. Overpriced AND doesn't do the job.
