I made the mistake of buying a lighter weight, folding bench last year for about 100 dhs cheaper than this one and immediately regretted my decision.This model is sturdy and stable, capable of withstanding a serious payload.The back rest adjustment is easy to operate and secure. It also provides a proper 90 degree angle for those who need it and a slightly more incline position for more comfortable shoulder pressing movements.My only complaint is that the seat only features a single height adjustment option which isn’t exactly ergonomic when used in full decline mode with heavier weights, but it is workable enough to maintain it’s five start rating, most especially due to the price.Buy once, cry once. If you lift heavy, don’t require a packable/folding bench and want a solid unit, this bench is a good option at a great price.

The quality is AMAZING!! The bench is everything we wanted and more. Would definitely recommend this to anyone else!

Exceeded my expectation.

I bought this bench in July 2024 and have been using it consistently for 2 months now and I’m really impressed by it! Assembly was easy peasy, took less than 10 minutes. It’s pretty heavy duty and has a solid build quality. Everything from the welding, seats and stitching look pretty good. The folding mechanism works as intended and is great for someone like me who works out in a small space. I’d say for the price, it’s definitely been paying off with how much I enjoy using it!

I've only had the bench for a few days, but so far very good. Assembling the bench was straightforward and done in less than 30 min. Some reviews have reported shaky bolted connections. I found this not to be the case at all. It's solid construction. The bench has heavy duty spring loaded pin-type selectors.....I like this arrangement because you can adjust the pin length, lock it in, and then simply pull back the spring loaded pin to quickly move the bench (back rest and seat) to another angle. The foot brace is solid and I like the 3 positions and a quick release pin joint. One of the reasons I bought this bench is that it folds up for vertical storage against a wall. It sticks out less than a foot which is great. The folding joint is also a quick release pin joint. I'm impressed with the design. The vinyl seat cover is more than sturdy enough for home use. I'm 6'-1"/180 lbs and the bench fits me fine. Good product!

You can tell this bench was manufactured with attention to detail. Not only is the stitching good quality, the seat surface material is heavy duty, not like those cheap thin vinyl ones that wrinkles when you seat on it, the cushions are thick yet comfortable, and the entire bench is sturdy, there's zero wobble to it even with the seatback in the full flat position. Speaking of the seat back, it's wide enough to accommodate us big fellas. Lengthwise, the bench should fit guys over 6 ft tall (although I'm not taller than that, but it looks like it should). Assembly was a breeze, just have to attach five screws, that's it. The tools they give you, including the screws, are all heavy duty. The package with the screws even has a ruler on it (because two screws are longer than the other three, as if you couldn't tell by looking at them, but like I said, good attention to detail by the manufacturer). The notches where the seatback rests on the different positions are curved out of the base, so they won't snap under a lot of weight -- if you're heavy-lifting do not buy a bench that has the adjustment notches welded onto the base, that's just an accident waiting to happen, the welding might give in and the notches will snap. I also like that it has wheels on one end, it's lightweight enough to move around. The only thing I wish they had added to this bench is a padded foot rest to add resistance when laying flat with weights, but I saw someone devised a clever workaround on another review, which is simple enough and I'm going to try it (basically, attaching a padded foot rest where the curve of the handle is under the front seat. Overall, this is great value for money and was definitely made for heavy lifting. It looks like it should last a long time.

Great price for a quality bench. Plenty strong enough. Easy to mobilise. All adjustment from unfolding to storing away to changing angles is simple. Couldn't ask for more for the price.
