Keto granola? Nailed it! YUM.
I’m actually laughing at some of the bad reviews. Bag not full-It’s measured by weight. Chunks not the same size-who gives a rat’s arse. No oats in it-it’s a grain free granola. Too pricey-make it yourself and see what it would cost. To me, this is a perfect addition to my keto lifestyle. It is obviously made mostly from seeds, which gives it a delicious and satisfying crunch. People complaining about that should read the ingredients list before purchasing anything. Monk fruit is my preferred sweetener since most others can be bad for you in one way or another, but they don’t overdo it here. It’s just enough. Lots of fiber so it’s low carb. Is this your average sugary and grainy granola? Nope. And I wouldn’t want it to be. This is perfect! I will be purchasing this again and trying the other flavors.

Try it with coconut milk!
I’m on my fourth bag of this stuff. I can see how other reviewers say it tastes like particle board, but if you prefer low salt, unsweetened dairy free milks, and black coffee, you might by like it like I do. I first bought this because is is a very comparable replacement for the flax granola recommended on “The Plan”. I actually find it very filling and delicious. I look forward to my bowl in the morning with lots of blueberries and Silk brand unsweetened coconut milk. I do wish it were a little less expensive though. I did try making it myself and I could not replicate it even though I bought all the (pricy) ingredients. What I made at home truly came out inedible. So overall I like this product.

Realistic Expectations lead to Sound Purchasing Decisions - Highly Recommended Product
The reviews on this product are all over the place and I think the bad ones are often due to having unrealistic expectations. There is no replacing the sugary taste of Nature Valley granola bars or the sugar laden cereals you've been eating forever. But, if you are on a Keto, or similar, diet you are likely missing these types of tastes and textures the deeper you get into your diet and your weight loss. Like Almond milk or real butter, your brain is going to have to adapt to the new way these changes in our diets taste. This ProGranola is one of those things. Does it have a different aftertaste? Yes, but after the first time eating it I didn't notice it much again. However, it is never going to be a chocolate chip granola bar no matter how much you want it to be! Reviews say the pieces are either too big and chunky or too crumbly. Guess what? They are both. Like any box/bag of any crunchy product (chips, cereal, nuts, cookies) the further you get into the bag, the smaller the pieces are. This is not ProGranola's fault, it's called gravity. I eat the big crunchy pieces on the go like a traditional bar or snack and use the smaller pieces in the bottom of the bag in a bowl of cereal with Almond Milk (thing unsweetened Grape Nuts). The next biggest complaint seems to be the cost. Yes, it is expensive, but so is everything else associated with eating packaged, low carb foods that are made to help fight cravings and fill the void left by the carbs that we aren't eating anymore. But, you know what else is expensive? Diabetes, blood pressure, thyroid and cholesterol medications...not to mention the cost of open heart surgery and funerals if you don't control your weight! There are a lot worse things you could spend your food budget on... I think this is a great product and highly recommend it. It tastes pretty dang good, fills a void in the Keto lifestyle, and should not be overlooked because of unrealistic expectations and the resulting mixed and bad reviews.

Awful
This tastes awful. It comes in a ziplock bag that won’t zip . Unfortunately I’m unable to return it. Save yourself some money, get your protein elsewhere!

Slight change in recipe
As much as I enjoy the flavor of this granola I liked it much more before it was decided to grind it more finely to make a uniform consistency. The bigger pieces added to the interest, crunch and flavor.

Healthy but taste needs improvement
Just needs to taste better. Bought for the great nutrition profile and fiber. And I usually can forgo some taste for nutrition. The companies crackers are good but the granolas are just pretty awful tasting. Horrible chalky texture and weird flavor. Tried all the flavors and none good. They need to go back to the drawing board on this product and find a balance with nutrition and taste. Won't be buying again and not sure i will even finish the expensive bags I bought. After I posted the original review the company reached out and refunded my money. Impressed with that. Love their low carb high fiber crackers. Hope thy improve granola taste in future versions

High in fiber
Very tasty and highly nutritious. Have it with nuts and yogurt or fruit and yogurt. Adds a nice crunch and textural component.

I'm on my third bag!
Let me start off by saying that based off other reviews this may not be for everyone. Some of the cons that other reviewers expressed were that it was too crunchy, too expensive, too sweet and some just didn’t like the taste. I compare this to Honey Bunches of Oats, the clusters in that remind me of the clusters in this! Of course it does not match the price of mass produced cereals on the market, I’m not surprised. It’s about on par with other specialty Keto items in my opinion. It has 15 servings per bag and will last you two weeks if you eat one serving a day. To me it is well worth the price because if I were to have it as a snack every day that’s only $5 a week for something I enjoy eating! I eat this both plain and with unsweetened almond milk, I love it! The taste to me is very satisfying and I don’t find it too sweet like some complain. I’ll munch on it while I cook and I’ll add some almond milk to it for Breakfast or a snack. I actually add a pinch of Sugar Substitute to mine. I found that there are some bigger chunks at the top of the bag that I ended up breaking down when I wanted cereal, once I got to the lower part of the bag it was more broken up and ‘crumb’ like, none of this bothered me. One of the things that I find I like the most is that it’s high in fiber. I have always had a lot of trouble using the bathroom and sometimes it’s hard to get your fiber on Keto so I found incorporating this in my diet regularly really helped! While the other nutrients may be a bit lack luster for most on Keto, it’s low in fat and protein, it’s great to help settle cravings! If you find that you are craving cereal this may be worth a try!
