Es un buen suplemento para ganar masa muscular haciendo ejercicio. En mi caso monto en bicicleta tres veces en semana y me funciona muy bien. Te quita dolor muscular y te da una resistencia extra sobre todo en momentos de esfuerzo grande. Lo recomiendo pero es algo que hay que tener claro como funciona.

I put this in my coffee in the mornings. Perfect. At first i didn't like the flavorlessness of it, but I also hate drinking 15 things before and after my workout. So adding this to my coffee was 2 birds 1 stone. Mixes in quite easily, very rarely leaves residue (unless you're in loading phase and use 10g per 12 oz cup of coffee like i did, just poured more coffee over it and was good to go.
