I wanted to use a 'flipper' rest, because I had some arrows with plastic veins (I have arrows with feather fletching that I shoot 'off the shelf') and those don't do the best off the shelf style.My results: feathers....standard position on arrow-cock fletching at a 90 to the string, can result in this flipper removing one of the hen fletchings.Plastic veins...Better results if the cock vein is parallel with the string. I found this out, since I was trying out some Easton Gamegetters arrows.
