Does anyone notice dust eeking out of the gaskets on the dust bin? Is this normal?

I really like my shark robot but the side sweepers keep breaking off. Does anyone know why?

I've had the bristles bend/curl, but never break off. Do you mean that the only the bristles break off, or that the whole brush, including the piece that snaps onto the robot comes off? If the latter, are you fully snapping the brush onto the robot? It does take a bit of pressure. If it just won't hold, it could it be a defect in manufacturing and you should 1. Buy and try new brushes, and if it continues to happen, use your warranty. Call Amazon who can help you. Good luck!

Would this work on Spanish tile floors with 3/4" grout and transition to wool rugs about 1" thick?

It can transition and has good suction. I just had mine vacuum artificial Christmas tree needles. Did a great job my rug.
