Bought this for my husband. He said it was "fantabulous". Clear sound. I could hear him very well when I called him. Easy to set up. Would recommend.

Nice Bluetooth Earpiece that is easy to charge and pair with phone. It also has several different inside and outside ear piece choices to find one that works for you. It is very noise cancelling as it says which is a nice bonus. The only negative I've found is that it doesn't have as long of a charge as others I have had. It will, however, let you know when it needs to be recharged by telling you as you're wearing it. So I have found that to be nice to others that just quit. It has a really nice range where it won't disconnect; and if you're quick enough to get back into range of your device when it says it's disconnected, will reconnect right away👍. I don't always have pockets to keep my phone with me when working around the house, so I wear my earpiece during the day and place my phone in a central location. I can take trash out, go in the basement, ect, and still be connected. I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it. It's great for handsfree driving too. The noise cancelling works great for that, as everyone I've asked when driving says they don't hear the traffic/road sounds, which hasn't always been the case with other products I've used. Also, the little storage case that comes with it is really nice! It's almost a hard case that zippers shut. It has a small carabenor to attach it to a purse strap, backpack, or laptop bag.

I really like the Bluetooth earpiece itself, but the ear hooks are very uncomfortable to me, & i have small ears. One is too thick & bulky, & the other just really digs into the back of my ear which gets pretty painful. Also the ear cushions have a hoop on the back of them & i just really wonder if that's what's really causing the extra pressure on the ear hook as the hoop pushes the device forward for a snug fit into the ear!!?? But it does sound good & it is clear. I would say that it does have great quality.

Update: I've been using it daily for 10 months now (wearing an average of around 4 hours a day wiht maybe 45 minutes to an hour of talk time a week), and have had no problems. In that time I've only recharged it 3 times so I can confirm that the power switch really shuts the unit off. I've only had it one week, so I can't speak for long-term reliability, but so far I'm happy with the headset (Link Dream LC-B45). It is a larger than than several others that I've tried recently, but I don't see this is a problem. I'm using it with a Motorola Moto-g 5G 2023 edition. Good Points: - Physical switches (power switch and multi-function switch). I have a lot of trouble with capacitive switches for some reason. The physical switches were the main reason I tried this model. I can reposition the earpiece without worrying about hanging up on a call. - Good noise cancellation and volume. I was clearly heard when driving on an interstate at 70 MPH with a window rolled down. I also had no trouble understanding the person on the other end of the call. - USB-C charging port. - Long battery life. I charged it a week ago and have used it for over an hour of active calls and about 10 hours of standby time. It is still reporting 80% charge to the phone (but that is just self-reported charge, I don't know how long it will really last). - Mute Button on headset. Handy when you need it. Bad Points: - None that I can think of so far. It is on the larger size, but that also makes it easier to handle. Unknowns: - I haven't seen how far the unit stays connected to the phone. Its certainly good for 10 feet or so. Update: leaving the phone in the car, I can walk around 75 feet before it disconnects, but I don't know how the connection quality degrades at longer distances.

Unfortunately, this is my second time to buy this brand Dream Link. My last one has lasted several years. This one doesn't have the volume the last one did. Hopefully it'll get better after a second charge. Love the price!!

Good value budget Bluetooth phone headset. Controls well placed. USB-C charging. Great battery life. My complaints are that it doesn't announce calls from the contact list and doesn't announce talk time remaining when powering on. That and I HATE having a digital tone version of Ride Of The Valkyries as the incoming call prompt. This is the third BT headset I have tried that for some reason thinks that Wagner is the perfect ring sound. But, that said, the headset works well and has good volume and call sound and is very affordable at $16 (the price at the time of my order on Amazon).

This seemed like a good option at a good price. Free would not be a good price since it would still not be worth the trouble. The sound quality of this device was so poor that I could not understand anything coming from the other end. I complained to Link Dream and, to their credit, they sent me a replacement. The replacement was marginally better than the original. The sound quality was a notch above poor but every phone call was met by recipient complaints that the sound was 'cutting out'. Both devices are now in the garbage.
