Gave 4 stars because the first pack of cartridges I ordered did not work. The red color wouldn’t be recognized no matter what I did. I reached out to customer support for a refund and I re- ordered a second pack. My return went well, my new pack of cartridges came in and work great! All colors are recognized by the printer so far. The print quality is great compared to the original brand for my printer and they are super easy to install. They hold about the same amount of ink as the regular brand. Aside from all the good stuff- I did get a faulty first pack and had to go through the whole return process and re order. So the first faulty pack of cartridges took a star away. The other reviews show that isn’t a “one off” incident. So I do have to agree that’s not great.

Fits works and saves money. Use gloves and quality inks for the best results.

not happy with these carts at All. they have caused me nothing but problems since the very beginning and ended up being the reason my printer is no.longer usable. CLOG ALL THE TIME, MY BLACK INK CARTRIDGE ONLY WORKED FOR A TOTAL OF LIKE 5 DAYS THEN NOTHING SINCE. INK JUST BACKS UP OUT OF THE VENT HOLE ON THE CART AND GETS EVERY FRICKIN WHERE. AND ALSO ON THE OTHER CARTRIDGES SO IT BECAME A TOTAL VERY MESSY AND FRUSTRATING NIGHTMARE VERY QUICKLY. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This is just as described and shipped quickly! It worked for what we needed, but unfortunately, the printer lines were dried out and we didn't get to use this long-term to know the durability of it.

It took a bit to come in. The product was made nicely but did not fit my printer like the description said it did it was too long for my Espon NC625
