The media could not be loaded.  Needed an all in one security system for our RV and recreation property. This is the third wireless video system I've used over the last 10 years, and they keep getting better. This system has nice clear video with tons of options and an app for remote monitoring.Had a hard disk issue out of the box, but customer support helped identify the issue quickly and sent a replacement drive.Will be buying some extra cameras, as the NVR capacity will handle 8 cameras and they are easy to install.Remember you have to plug the cameras into a power oulet, but the image signal back to the NVR is wireless.-----------------------------------June 15, 2023 - UpdateFollow up to a previous review. We've been using the Sovmiku all-in-one wireless security system for the past months now. We installed it at our RV property, and it has proven to be well worth the cost.We wanted an all-in-one system so that the monitor/hard drive could be wall mounted in our RV and we use a wireless mouse to manage the system functions. Nice that they provided two USB ports on the system display.Videos are crisp and clear and the camera night vision is really good. Face recognition is quite good with much more functionality than we can use and playback options help you zero on the recordings you need to see. Very important when you've been away for a few weeks. The audio warnings from the cameras are also a plus for an occasional use property. The remote app works fine for monitoring when you are away.This is our third video security system over the years and by far the most functional we've found in this price range. We had an initial issue with the hard drive, but Sovmiku customer service got back to us the same day, and a replacement was sent out immediately.Overall, we are completely satisfied.

I was looking for a better quality security cameras without having to spend a lot of money on them, so far after 3 months, I can say that I'm happy with them, fingers crossedso far so good, they were easy to configure basically plug and play. the only problem I run into was trying to use the app that the manual tells you to download, it would not work for me so I found a video on YouTube and I use the app they used and is working fine for me so far.the app is called ( tris home).Is has better quality than the ones I had before. I have attached a couple of pics I took with the camera and they look like a good quality pics.I installed the cameras in my house in Mexico and I can control them and watch my house from the USA... they are great cameras.I recommend them.

Overall impressive has a lot of playback options face detect is nice doesn’t always get clear shot but always a headshot. The frame rate for recording could be faster at night faster objects are blurry got 2 ptz cameras had trouble getting images on the screen they seemed to link or pair to the unit but couldn’t get any video display after playing with tech support was able to get image after switching nvr to 4 channel mode. Ptz functions all work well you can set a tour mode but doesn’t hold stop points consistent the auto tracking works best in a large room. But out side with trees rustling and cars driving by it gets crazy. Overall it’s not bad best viewing up to 50 ft range nightvision is better then expected you can set motion sense to turn on flood light and picture turns full color with better range. Overall quality of the display looks pretty good pretty easy to clip video to a usb drive. Overall nice I hope it last for a while

I should have listened to the bad reviews because that's exactly what happened to me. Set up the security system and the cameras all hooked up to the NVR pretty well. But then I kept getting a message telling me that I don't have any storage. I kept messing with it and it kept telling me that storage is non-existent. Then I couldn't get the app to find my nvr. That was kind of frustrating.I saw that the hard drive was not appearing or it was missing. Either way I contacted the company and got a robot message telling me they would contact me within 24 hours. Well, they did not contact me within 24 hours. Is actually 48 hours almost.I asked for help in finding out why the app would not connect with the nvr. And then I also asked why the system was giving me a message telling me that storage is non-existent.Couple days later, they tell me that I need to download the app and they gave me some directions that were already in the paper directions I had with the system. The fact that I was contacted them via the app should have told them that I already had the app running. They told me I needed to plug in the MVR into my Wi-Fi router. That's why the system was not appearing on the app.I responded by telling them I have done all that and still the app will not pick up the NVR. Then I asked him what about the non-existent storage. They responded back with the hard drive is not being read or that I need to buy a hard drive for it. I responded back with I already know all of that what's the solution! They need to send me another unit with the hard drive in it or the hard drive fixed. I got a message telling me that they would respond to me in 24 hours and that was it for me. Boxed it all up and sent it back.You are not going to get any help from customer service I can tell you that right now. The cameras work pretty well but it does me know good if I can't record anything. I'd rather review where the same thing happened where they had the NVR but there was no hard drive in it. I would not recommend this system for anybody.
