How can I check if I have purchased the correct screen replacement for my Samsung A32?

Please check the model number on your phone by going to "Settings" → "About phone" → "Model number." Make sure the model number matches one of the following: Samsung A32SM-A326B SM-A326B/DS.

Where can I find the tutorial video for screen repair?

Please find the installation video guide on YouTube. Make sure to search for your exact phone model with frame, as the procedure for installing a screen replacement with frame is different from installing one without a frame.

Do I need to transfer the earpiece to the new screen?

Yes, to ensure your earphone works properly, you need to transfer the earpiece from your old screen to the new one.

Why are there no repair tools included in my parcel?

Because Amazon warehouses regularly inspect stock, sometimes the package may get damaged or they may accidentally ship only the screen without the tool set. If this happens, please let us know we will send the missing tool set via next-day delivery.

Why is the screen remaining black and unable to turn on?

If the screen doesn't work after installation, please try reconnecting the cable and double-check the connection, as dust may cause it to fail. If it still doesn't work, please feel free to message us — we're here to help!
