- Covers exhaust pipes from 8 inch thru 8-1/4 inch outside diameters
Exhaust rain cap is used on reciprocating engine exhaust systems to keep rain and debris from entering exhaust piping. Mounted to top of exhaust pipe with 1 set of mounting bolts (included). No drilling required. When engine is on, exhaust flapper pivots open to allow exhaust gases to escape. When engine is off, flapper returns to closed position covering exhaust pipe opening.
