I use this SKB for a P.A. holding my 12 channel board along with two QSC power amps. it really lightens up the load and everything fits real well...just measure your outboard gear well before ordering! they do have various models depending on your need's.. QSC is a great product along with their famous lifetime warranty! this model is larger than it looks... really need two persons to transport..only cause it's a bit bulky!

Built well and light weight. This product will save time for setup and my back due to the much lighter weight! Plenty of room for all of the cables and the keyboard tray option with lid on!

i feel safe putting my expensive synthesizers in this thing. confident it would survive a trip to a friends house or something like that, but no experience touring. it's a pretty nice little setup for a home studio in my opinion. some nice spots for cables to sneak through etc. my only real complaint is that the lid is a bit of a pain to put on. it doesn't just fall into a very flush position easily. not a deal breaker but -1 star for sure. it's also kind of expensive for what the material costs probably are. the warranty is nice though. very nice case overall, skb is solid.

was a nice looking piece, but I was upset it took so long to get here. A similar item, twice as big came not only on time, but 4 days earlier. None the less an empty box under the tree was not my idea of great. I understand the icestorm, but I ordered in time, and like I said the other half of the gift, that was twice as big and ordered the same exact time, made it in plenty of time.

Pros: Good solid case for the money compared to more expensive options. It is perfect for a small setup such as a Mackie 1402 10u mixer, a Furman power unit and a multi-effects unit such as mine. So there is plenty of top space for a 10u mixer and allot extra room for cables etc that stick out from the mixer without being tight. The mixer doesn't hang down to interfere with the rack units either, plenty of space there too. The top is very solid and has a hard section that hangs down and latches in front to protect the rack units. Cons: Not the most rugged and doesn't look like it will be the longest lasting case as the latches work good and are solid but look to be hard plastic rather than metal so hard road users may want to look elsewhere. It's a bit bulky considering what it can hold but I need the extra space to the rear of the mixer and on top after the cover is closed so I can leave some cables plugged in when traveling so size is worth it. Overall a great case for the money and would definitely recommend it..

This thing is really tough and well made. I have used it for about a year now with great results. It even took a header off my cart about three weeks ago with nary a scratch to either the case or the equipment inside. However, this thing is BIG. It is much bigger than I assumed that it would be. It will not fit in the bed of a truck with a tonneau cover. No fault of SKB, just be aware :-)!

This case is well built, light, and easy to manage. It can also handle larger boards like the A&H QU-16 because of the removable rear panel. I also have the version of this case with 4 rack spaces below the mixer, and the QU-16 does not fit properly in that case. I'm very happy with the strength and protection this case provides.

SKB has a lifetime warrantee against damage. Big reason for purchase. Solid case. Holds mixer, lighting controls, music controller and surge protector. Also two 1TB drives and dual microphone system. Very versatile.

Great mixer case. Only used in studio,not sure how it would stand upto the rigours of gigging/touring etc. A lot lighter than my wooden mixer rack case. I wish it was a bit more angled/slanted and the front rackmounts are a bit too far recessed for my liking, struggle to see low down. All in all great case, albeit a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.
