This book is incredibly detailed, with colored photos and in-depth, detailed descriptions. However, it’s incredibly rich attention to detail made me realize that I don’t think I am ready to start my own orchids from seed

The book is very nice..I didn't realize how hard it is to do

I did not know it was written for a British audience

Is book is great for beginners like me. I likes that there was a lot of info on how the seeds germinate. The only problem though was that some of the equipment listed on there that is needed is extremely expensive.

Very thorough book and clear illustrations. I appreciated that it lists "ideal" supplies but also gives at-home DIY alternatives. A great reference for those wanting to start flasking at home.

This book is written for the person who wants to start orchids from seed at home. The book lays flat when open and the pages are fairly waterproof.

Good book. I'll be able to germinate and grow orchids with this info
