Q: Is the sizing correct?

The bra runs extremely small. I have always worn a 46C. After reading the reviews I was informed that the cup size runs extremely small so I ordered the next size up which was a D cup and that fit fine. If I order again I'd want to order up to a 50 D if that is available.
